Friendly owners and staff great price and so close to all fantastic beaches in all directions including Jamberoo which is also great. The pool and spa clean and great. Clean rooms and polite daily room service that worked around us. Check out Minamurra Rainforest and Ben’s walk Nowra too as well as Kiama,Wollongong, Culburra, Nowra Aquatic centre, Shellharbour city and beautiful beach 💯😊

Unfortunately the Wifi was fairly low 3-4G on our own plan (Telstra) and the free wifi kept dropping out but that’s the only downfall as only needed between multiple day trips everywhere

Was surprised at how large the room was, but the thing I really loved was the lovely pool and spa. Indoors on a hot, high-UV day it was a lovely place to swim without getting burnt to a crisp, and the spa was relaxing.

At first we didn't know how to turn on the in-room spa-bath. The button was hard to find, tucked away under the bench and there were no instructions. Then we didn't know how to turn it off... :D We figured it out eventually, but some instructions on the wall might be a good idea.

This is our second trip here and we brought more family this time and had 4 rooms. Very outdated but hence the affordable price. Great location for where we needed to be for the weekend. Will definitely be returning in future.

Very clean rooms. I don't care how dated the decor is as long as the rooms are functional and clean and this room was both.

Nothing to dislike. It's a budget motel that provides clean rooms with coffee & tea making facilities in the room, a tv and an aircon. Great value for money

The staff is very kind. My wife's birthday is on 25 Dec, all stores are shut down, I cannot buy a birthday cake for her. The lady gave her a special birthday gift. We all are grateful.

Tye and his wife are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Room maintenance staff were also excellent. The amenities were comfortable and clean.

The property is ‘sad’ in appearance and workability. The owner need to spend some money on TLC.

I always stay at The Elsinor and I always enjoy it..Nothing is a drama and the Managers and staff are lovely and helpful..

It took a while for the hot water to come through in all taps bit that wasn't too much of a problem..

Stayed there a few times with my partner. She loved the tub in room 25 but we also loved the privacy of room 1a. Has its very own courtyard. The pool is also amazing with a hot tub right next to it. For an outer Wollongong suburb I couldn’t recommend high enough. And Tye is the man. Such a great guy.

Managers and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was made up every day. Very clean and beautiful grounds. Only booked for 2 days but decided we needed and extra day and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Very local too shops as well.
