The property is very large has a bath tub and a full kitchen so staying there for a week after my surgery was very comfortable. The full daily service is excellent and the staff are very nice and helpful. Have stayed in numerous places around Wollongong and this one is by far the best value for money and service. Location is excellent and even had a small water view from the balcony as a bonus! Loved the ducted air con and the comfy lounge too. Will def be my place to stay for all my Gong visits going forward. Thanks so much for a lovely stay after a difficult surgery.

The location was very convenient to where we wanted go. The staff were helpful as we had to change our booking a few times, it wasn't a bother. The facilities were excellent and convenience to shopping and restaurants good.

We stayed at this place twice within a short time and the first room was very good booked through booking.com the second time it was booked via their own website and it was not up to the same standard, although it was cheaper in price but then I would think booking direct should be cheaper.

Great hosts who was helpful and friendly, excellent location within walking distance to the centre of town. Clean and well appointed with attentive cleaning person visiting each day. The ability to smoke on the balcony and an ashtray provided. We will definitely rebook again when we next visit family again in Wollongong.

Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger, water pressure is a bit low at the shower head, but still usable.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The lady when we checked in was exceptional. Location perfect. Walked to WIN entertainment center. Close to mall, eateries and Builders Club. Train station an easy walk (approx 1km). Loved having a balcony, washing machine and dryer. We all loved our stay at this accommodation. Highly recommend.

A bit more colour with the decor wouldn't go astray. A couple of fresh prints on the walls and a lighter brighter bed covers to give the apartment a more inviting feel would go along way to freshen things up

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had the facilities which I would expect. The gentleman who was the receptionist was excellent in attention to us. He went out of his way to obtain dining options for us. The apartments were in central Wollongong and only a five minute walk to shops and other dining.

Our second stay here. Love this property. Great location, and a spacious airconditioned apartment with a full kitchen so we can self-cater. Comfy bed. We particularly appreciated the welcoming staff member who helped us guide our tall vehicle into the undercover parking. That made a huge difference.

Spacious and clean one-bedroom apartment with kitchen and large fridge. Easy access and plenty of parking.

The reception was unmanned after 5.00pm which made it slightly difficult checking in: Had to call different phone numbers in order to learn how to check in. However, once I was told how to check in when the reception was unmanned I had no issues. Very helpful and pleasant receptionist on the phone.

Weather the rain in Wollongong made it hard to travel and sightseeing. Needed foil in the room and paper towel. Nothing I did not like

Spacious one bedroom unit; free onsite parking; walking distance to CBD, beach and entertainment centre. Friendly, efficient staff. Was perfect for our overnight staff for show at entertainment centre. Would be good for a week away too.

Reception was unattended on arrival, inside advertised attendance hours, due to staff juggling management priorities with another complex. There was no answer on the given number, so had to leave a message. Staff did call back fairly promptly, though. There was a mix-up with keys/room, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently once we were able to contact staff. Complex was looking a little tired - cracked tiles in lift, scuff marks on walls in apartment, some tiled areas need regrouting, but overall was quite comfortable and would stay again.
