Location to the Waves venue was as prime as you could get, easy parking, close to beach, close enough to Wollongong centre, quiet even though right next to the pub, the room and bathroom were spotless, very big and beautifully presented. Was so much better than we'd even thought it would be, and can honestly say one of the best rooms we've stayed in! And we've travelled extensively.

Only downside was an personal preference and that was the softness of the bed. Very cosy, but very soft which just isn't suitable for us. But that was it, and like I said that's purely a personal preference and not a hotel issue.

Room was spacious with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Nice little seating area outside which was private. Turndown service almost everyday which was great. Plenty of towels and showering products.

When booking, it offered breakfast at the neighbouring pub/restaurant, however the place was never open in the morning and no facilities in the accomodation to make or have any breakfast. CCTV covering linen storage nextdoor was visible from the room, unclear if it could capture our movements within the room.

Good location , right next to hotel and short drive into Wollongong

Our shower head was a hand held one however would not stay in position when it was in its holder , the water pressure was excellent but showering was awkward due to the only position the shower head would stay in which was flat against the wall which then caused the water to go outwards instead of down . Other than that which can be easily fixed by property the room was great , comfy bed , very clean , nice little garden area with couple of chairs that belonged to the room . Hotel had great food and atmosphere. Would stay again

The RENOVATED interior was to the highest spec. It was 10 out of 10. The only thing missing was a gold framed piece of art. Comfy bed. Beautiful bathroom. Hot shower. Good if you go for a musical performance.

The chairs for outdoor were a bit old. Maybe needs a potted palm tree or a LAZY BOY bed for sunbaking. Our unit was near the hotel but the noise goes away at 10pm. It's not pretty outside but inside is what matters.

Lovely little twin room in a convenient location, for short overnight stay.

Prior to & once checking in, we could have been warned of how a major sporting event would block our exit the following morning. Reception left a message on my phone later that evening but i didnt get it until the next morning. Thought this event impact could have been better communicated earlier. I would not have stayed here had i know an event would impact morning exit.

The location was close to beach and wollongong and port kembla were only a short drive away, Motel is attached to the Towradgi pub which is clean modern and family oriented for dinners or drinks, food was good. Rooms newly renovated and well appointed inside

The motel is an older building but fully renovated inside, new and well appointed, no breakfast options on this site but cafes at beach front a short drive away.

the bathroom was newly renovated and very modern with all the toiletries and facilities you could ask for. Towels were so lovely and soft and the water pressure was great, didnt take too long for the shower to warm up either! Bed and pillows very comfortable, lovely clean and fresh linen. The room felt expensive and fresh!

Very noisy, you would expect to hear loud noises from outside especially since its next to the pub of course however I could hear everything, could even hear the TV playing in the next room.

The room was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. It instantly was inviting and we really enjoyed our stay. The shampoo and conditioner smelt so nice!

The bed was too soft for me as I have a bad back but my partner loved it and the linen was beautiful and soft. There was no body wash in the bottle.

Initially chosen for proximity to the office. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Single story, I think about 12 rooms in total towards the back and side of the property where Towradgi Beach Hotel is located. It was nice and quiet - I was in Room 1. The room was clean and spacious. Huge bed - really comfy, with decent pillows (not all squishy fluffy options!!) . The bathroom was lovely - nice tiles and also very clean, with a supply of nice toiletries. The only thing that needed attention was the semi-enclosed outdoor space - cobwebs everywhere, but the weather has hardly been nice enough yet to use the outdoor space. I didn’t hear a peep from other guests and fell asleep to the sounds of crickets and birds chirping. Lovely 🤩😍

There was nothing I didn’t like. About the only suggestion I would make is to have something near the sink on which to put the soap bar 😊. After 1 night the only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave so soon. Could easily have stayed longer

The recently renovated rooms were a massive surprise! They look even better than the photos. The place was spotless! I didn’t have high hopes and only booked this place because it was close to a function I was attending, so I was shocked to see how nice it was inside. It really doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were great. The motel is attached to a large pub with great food.

I was a little skeptical when check-in is located inside the bottle shop on site, and found it took a while to get the attention of the receptionist who was standing right in front of us. She quite pleasant but not terribly informative.
