Stayed in February 2025. Staff members were polite and one team member showed you to the room. Seemed like carpet was reasonably new in hallway and in the room - possibly recently refurbished. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and shower was good. Stayed on a Thursday night, but didn't notice much noise from the hotel patrons, could be noisy on a weekend. Plenty of well-lit parking out the back once the touch rugby finished. Very good $15 meal available Mon - Thur night in the bistro.

On a busy road so you can hear a little road noise and might not be good for a light sleeper. Steep narrow steps from the car park entry (easier to enter via the bar while the hotel is open). I don't think there was any milk in the fridge. No iron/ironing board.

Secured, private and conveniently located. Parking was available too. Bar fridge, kettle, a/c, TV and an ensuite bathroom were great perks.

Could've been better with a kitchenette that allowed you to cook, not just reheat food. Kitchen sink wouldve been better with some Chux or sponges supplied. Only saw staff on the day I checked in and hardly communicated with one the entire time I was there and when I left.

Clean rooms, great location, ensuite bathrooms Nice comfortable Beds and pillows, warm rooms . I stayed in a room above the poker machine room and surprisingly there was very little noise transferred to up stairs

Could do with some utensils that stay in the kitchenette. Eg: knife's, forks, spoons .. Rather than have to go back downstairs to grab these items . If you forget to get on way to bed you can't grab any thing till 10am . Hard to butter toast or eat cereal without these

It was cosy and comfortable. Very affordable for the 3 nights I was staying. The pub itself is exceptional, amazing food and just overall an amazing place to stay. With Figtree Grove being a walk down the road and a bus ride into town to get to Wollongong. You can’t really complain!

Comfortable, own bathroom for staying above a pub. Staff were friendly. Very clean. Wonderful pub, stylish, food was delicious.

Had to go move our car closer to the hotel once the busy period had finished. Was on the main highway but didn’t hear traffic once we shut the windows.

I loved having the bar down stairs and the room was nice

The property was good the spare blanket was dirty and there was a roach in the shower but that’s only if I was to nit pick everything else was great I’d stay here again

No room service, no breakfast. Kitchenette for 18 rooms contained just 3 plates and 3 bowls - no cutlery at all.

The room was small but well appoiinted. Comfy bed. Couldnt figure out how the TV worked. I didnt use the WIFI.

The room was well finished except fpr some cracks in the wondow and the toilet seat was broken.

The staff at Figtree Hotel were very welcoming and gave us a tour of the accommodation. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Nothing - everything was excellent.

Little bit small bathroom felt little bit haunted but other then that was ok
