Great value for money, comfortable room and super Friendly staff. The room cleaners were amazing and super kind but also did a fantastic job of the rooms. One night there was absolutely no parking in the lot and this very kind receptionist (mid 20s guy with blue eyes) offered his parking spot in the staff lot to save us from struggling to find a spot. Overall excellent place, super hospitable staff that went above and beyond in terms of customer service and great value for money.

The location wasn't the best, far away from the beach but close to Westfield at least. The parking lot got full quite easily which I think should've been monitored because we did pay a fee every day for parking. But despite these minor issues, this place was incredible.

The location was amazing! It was right in the heart of Wollongong right next to the central Wollongong mall which made it so convenient for shopping! I loved how there was also secure parking underneath the hotel as well. The staff were amazing and the check in/check out experience was amazing breeze

There was only one small trash can in the bathroom.. so I had to use my shopping bags as bins and wait for housekeeping to come around to collect rubbish. The blind drawstring in my room kept popping off its bracket so I had to constantly keep trying to fix it to roll it up and down. The “kitchenette” is very minimal.. you only get a mini fridge and a kettle.. I’m pretty sure it was a converted uni accommodation which is understandable, but there should at least be a microwave.. this would have made it so much easier for me to have dinner instead of having to spend money on takeout or going downstairs to the restaurant..

Wow, just wow! My recent stay was an absolute dream, and I'm still basking in the afterglow of such exceptional accommodation. It was clear that an incredible amount of care and attention to detail goes into maintaining this level of hygiene. Honestly, it felt like I was the very first person to ever stay in that room! But the cleanliness was just the beginning. The comfort level was truly next level. The bed was like sinking into a cloud, providing the most restful sleep I've had in ages. The pillows were plush and supportive, and the temperature control in the room was perfect. Even the armchair in the corner seemed to be designed for ultimate relaxation. It was the kind of comfort that makes you instantly unwind and forget about the stresses of everyday life. Beyond the spotless environment and luxurious comfort, the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. It was clear that every aspect, from the design to the amenities, was thoughtfully curated to enhance the guest experience. I can’t fault anything

The hotel is very clean in a great location with plenty of food, bars, shops and an amazing beach location 10 minute walk down the road. My family arrived 2 hours later than our check-in time (10:30 pm). One of the most kindest professionals, Amber, greeted my 3 year old and myself with the warmest welcome, no worries about the time at all. The entire staff of this hotel are top-notch, super kind, and playful spirits towards my daughter. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the near future. Easy access to secure underground car parking.

If the bed was moved underneath the window you might get a lot more space for sitting, and the TV wouldn't be directly in face.

The location is great, very close to everything we needed, and good transport for sightseeing. Most of the staff was very friendly and nice. The room was comfortable and was a good size — a great place for a short stay.

The only problem was that on the first night, we had an evacuation alarm at around 5 am. After a scary time, waking up with the alarm, and everyone evacuating the rooms, we had no clarification/notification about what happened. The only staff that appeared came a while after everyone was outside and just opened the door and told everyone could go back to the rooms. When asked about what happened he was not sure or aware and had no details. It was hard to rest well after that and no one talked with the customers about it. I can imagine how hard it was for older people or those with kids to go through this. We saw online and it seems it has been happening frequently at this place, having false alarms to evacuate, and they need to fix it soon for the safety and well-being of the guests.

I arrived early and my room was ready 2 hours earlier than expected. Check in was easy, parking was easy, lift straight up to the room levels from the carpark. Location- super close to Wollongong Central shopping centre. Literally across the road. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby The restaurant downstairs- there was no room service so I called to ask if I could get a takeaway pizza. They were very busy when I'd walked through earlier and was hoping to go down and pick it up when it was ready. When I said I was staying at the hotel, the nice young man was very nice and said he'd bring it my room and a wine glass (that I asked for). Great pizza. I wish I could have tried the pasta too! The rooms are quite small, but still very comfortable. Great price for great quality, just don't expect total luxury.

Not much. I had read reviews saying that the Aircon was loud, which it was. Not unbearable though. Not much hanging space for clothes, but that didn't bother me for one night.

We absolutely loved the hotel and our overall experience! The rooms were lovely and cosy, and the air conditioning was a great touch, as were the provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We also really enjoyed the reception area—it was such a nice space to relax in the evenings after dinner and again in the mornings. It provided a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and some extra room to unwind. A special mention to Matt Vargo (I hope I got his name right)—he was absolutely fantastic! His friendly manner and excellent customer service truly stood out and added to our wonderful stay. Thank you for a great experience!

The only constructive feedback was that when my partner and I left our room around 12 pm on the middle day of the stay, we put the "Please service our room" label on the door. However, when we returned in the afternoon, the room hadn’t been serviced, and we didn’t receive fresh sheets or towels. If it was a timing issue, it might be helpful to let guests know during check-in what the latest time is for housekeeping. (Potentially we missed it if it was in writing). I only mention this because we had folded our towels neatly for the cleaners, but when we returned, they were still there and wet so no dry towels for showers after. Besides that minor detail I can not recommend this place enough - the staff, the hotel, the location... highly recommended!

Handy location, close to the mall and eateries.

We got breakfast included in the cost of the hotel, but still had to pay for tea, coffee and juice. Also the selection of cereal was very poor (only one choice). Was not able to get toast, and to pay extra to get banana bread. Had to pay an extra $17.00 to have a pot of tea for two and an apple juice. Would not recommend breakfast here. Tea, coffee, juice, toast and a variety of cereals should be a minimal requirement of breakfast.

I love the location, the price and 24/7 reception. I love the lounge area downstairs and while the staff are young, and inexperienced, they are really friendly. It's great value for money compared to other modern stays in Wollongong.

The breakfast is a bit annoying as it finished serving as you are checking out. The timing means you can't check out and enjoy breakfast. The bed always rolls around - which is also annoying and the bathrooms are tiny, particularly the shower stall. A bowl and spoon in the room would be handy. The air conditioner rattles and isn't particularly efficient.

Location and value were great. Close to shops, good food options and local beaches. A cosy, modern space with a comfy bed and amenities just enough for solos or couples. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy via the electronic kiosk. Overall, a great stay - would stay again and recommend to friends!

It would be handy if during electronic check-in there was an option for searching via booking reference. I had a bit of trouble with searching via name (which was the only option). We also opted for a late check-out but were locked out upon returning to our room after 11am. These two issues were easily fixed by the helpful staff members at the front desk. For some reason our shower head was a bit finicky and stuck on the misting option. It would also be handy if there was another small bin near the fridge/desk area rather than just in the bathroom.
