Everything! The apartment was spotless. Not a spec of dust under the furniture even. The reception could not do enough to welcome you. The servicing on the room was perfect. The appliances were modern and functionality. The bed and linen comfy. Shower hot and good pressure for hair washing. Location very central. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Even down to small details like a large airing horse instead of tiny cheap one. Everything was great. Excellent value for money. Moved here after few days at the mantra. It was cheaper and cleaner with higher quality kitchen appliances & bathroom fittings.

If I had to find something I would say they could invest in a nice quality doona cover, a bit less scratchy but really I just pulled the good quality sheet up higher over it.

It was very quiet at night and within walking distance of the harbour, restaurants and close to the harbour and shops. Very clean, had everything we needed.Good security. No issues with loud noises or rowdy neighbours.

Reasonably comfortable, but bed was too firm for us. Taps sometimes screamed when you turned them on. Could definitely do with a refresh with painting. Hot plates were very old electric and grotty looking, although clean. Same for outside of fridge. All outside windows needed de-cobwebbing. Balcony door didn't latch although could be locked in open position. Receptionist managed to fix it temporarily but promised tradesman never materialised. Didn't enjoy corridor smells of cleaning products mixed with cooking smells. Having said all that, our stay was comfortable enough for the price point.

I love the central location, the comfort, quiet and privacy of the Belmore Apartments. There is also ample parking. Close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants it’s a quick walk to grab a coffee or a meal and the beach is close by.

I would love a reading lamp in the sitting area, the lighting in my apartment this time was not bright enough to enjoyably sit and read or sew in the evening.

The desk reception staff member (Mary I think?) was awesome. She was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room (actually a small apartment) was comfortable, quiet and well appointed. It was nice to have a place with a full size fridge rather than a bar fridge.

Really nothing that bothered me, but in case others want to know - there was a washing machine set up in an odd position in the lounge room. I mean its great to have a washing machine in an apartment, but it did seem a little out of place.

Checking in was fast and easy. We thought the room was decently large enough for our family of 4. The bedrooms were clean, and the kitchenette was well appointed with the necessary amenities and utensils/cutleries. Washing machine and dryer was definitely a welcomed option when we have 2 active kids in summer. Near to local amenities and food options. Bonus was the free parking on site.

The dishwasher in the room wasn't working that properly. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Friendly reception, kept me updated on reception open hours due to it being Easter Sunday. Asked for an earlier check in and was advised when room became available. Room was very clean and the balcony was quite private. No outside noise. Bed was extremely confortable and the blackout curtains were appreciated. Good central location, easy walk to shops and beach. I enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The kitchen items were a bit limited if you were staying for an extended visit. A few more crockery options like a deep bowl rather than 2 shallow cereal bowls would be helpful.

The property was located great, close to everything we needed. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed to make a meal. Really nice little place.

The rooms really need fans, it was windy and we kept the windows open the entire time but the breeze never came through so therefore it was still and humid. Some ceiling fans or ducted in the rooms would make it a lot more comfortable. The air con is too small and old and doesn’t cool the entire area.

Great location, good parking and access. Rooms were bright and airy. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Some things could do with being updated….sliding door was a pain to close with the flyscreen, cupboards smelled in kitchen, kitchen tap sprayed everywhere, bathroom water made loud noises when run. Only minor issues though which didn’t really affect our stay.

It was a large room with cooking facilities, a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There was a bath and shower and a separate bedroom. There was a nice outdoor area and garden to enjoy. It was a short walk to the beaches and shops.

Nothing really. It would be picky to say the fridge door should have been fixed to open the other way because it was hard to get into. Not a big deal.

Communication from hotel and staff were friendly, easy to pick up keys as you are able to park directly out the front reception doors. Free parking with great spaced car spots! Super central location, the room had great facilities. Free wifi and the TV has netflix, youtube etc which was great.

The walls of the hotel were quite thin, the noise from other rooms came in quite easily especially when other guests were staying with their doors open and having guests over. It was a bit tricky going up the stairs with a child, I would recommend placing guests with children on the bottom floor if there is space. The balcony door was really difficult to open and close and there was no deadlock (or second lock) on the door from the inside which with children was a bit stressful knowing they could open the door at anytime. But the stay was great!
