Great location near shops, beach, restaurants, bars & public transport. It's always clean here. Staff & processes are efficient. Very spacious apartments, comfortable & quiet. Lots of free onsite parking. Minibar has the usual options.

Minibar would be better with greater variety of options and complimentary bottled water. Staff are efficient & responsive, but not overly friendly. Kitchen could be better equipped as their pots & pans need replacing. A coffee maker or plunger and bigger range of complimentary tea/coffee sachets would also elevate this aparthotel. I stay here several times a year, as well as other local hotels. Other hotels are generally a bit more generous with early/late check-ins, rescheduled bookings etc.

The beds were very comfy. Parking available which was useful. And the gate out the back to get to towradgi beach hotel meant we had a good place to eat within walking distance. Everything was clean and the shower was nice and big. Appartment size was decent, good to have a dining table and the cleaning staff were lovely. Lovely big fridge.

The appartment is a bit dated, the curtains, carpet, sofa and kitchen units made it feel just a bit grubby although it was clean. The bedrooms and bathroom were ok, just the living area and kitchen could do with a makeover. The tv was tiny!! Balcony was not inviting at all. Some balconies looked nicer, only some had the same big wall as ours. We literally only had 4 plates, 4 mugs, 4 knives, 4 spoons etc for 4 people so needed to handwash every time or use the dishwasher twice a day! Seemed a bit extreme!

I had a wonderful peaceful stay was very cosy and I would stay again. Breakfast was amazing with a good selection. Pool is nice and tucked away with loads of shade Ample parking . Garden view is lovely especially when you can see straight down thru next complex all the lights look beautiful of a night. Staff were very friendly.

Was a little worried to use kitchen after staff stated that smoke detector very touchy and would be charged $1600. However was easy to get food delivered and nice club within walking distance. Having to evacuate at 4:10 in morning was a little annoying due to smoke alarm going of from breakfast being cooked in a room considering traveling with a newborn. I think this issue may need to be addressed ( cooking and smoke alarm). A cover on veranda top level would be nice so you can still use this area when raining as such a nice view out back.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. We were expecting a studio apartment and walked into a 1 bedroom which provided us with a comfortable place to be on during our stay and was affordable for what you received. The hotel was quite modern and updated. The staff were lovely and helpful. It was great to know that the reception was open additional hours over the weekend allowing check-in to 10pm, as we did not feel as though we needed to rush there. There was a back entrance to Towradgi Beach Hotel which made it easy and convenient to go enjoy a nice dinner. Beautiful hotel, will definitely be returning for a longer trip!!

The bed was softer in the middle and throughout the night we kept sinking towards to the middle of the bed, otherwise there is nothing I can criticise.

spacious clean room. Good to have kitchen facilities, though no cook top, but that was not problem. Two bathrooms were a real bonus, though the disabled bathroom was not required and in fact made the room super wet with no shower curtain. But am sure a person requiring such facilities would find it works well and the bathroom was very spacious. Staff helpful and friendly. We had room service dinner which was quite nice. A real bonus was being able to access the Towradgi Hotel through the back gate, so we didn't have to take the car!

I recently booked a room for my parents at ShellHarbour Village Motel, and had an exceptional experience. Not only was the room immaculately tidy, but the kindness and assistance provided by the motel owners and staff truly stood out. During a personal emergency, they went above and beyond to help me transport and care for my parents, showing genuine compassion and support. Their exceptional hospitality made a difficult time much easier to manage. I highly recommend Shellharbour Village Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with caring hosts.

The size of the rooms was exceptional. Ww had two bathrooms. The balcony was eqipped with table and chairs and faced the escarpment. A lovely view. A good lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was only a microwave oven. We expected a stove as it was advertised as having a kitchen. The toilet cistern in one bathroom was badly cracked, as was a tile.

Really enjoyed the pool. Used it every day. Barista makes the best coffee in town. Location is perfect for us. Close to our relations. This is our second stay which says it all.

Could have done with a couple more things in the kitchen - salt and pepper, a small saucepan I would have said chopping board but I found it on the last day.

Roomy apartment, well presented, with average quality furnishings. Kitchen a little agricultural, not that it was an issue as we used it sparingly. Lighting generally was really good. The location was distant from the main CBD however we accepted that when we booked. The hotel next door was quite modern and buzzy and ended up as our Go-to eatery the three nights we were there (busy on the Friday...), Parking was competitive near the entrance, however was a breeze once we were told how to access the underground parking; there being plenty of bays.

can give it a score  of 9 because it is clean, quiet, and just a 6-minute drive to the beach. And staff helpful.  I'm sure our family will return this place Quality suites Pioneer sands..

They should install an HDMI so we can connect the TV to watch movies. and also the microwave blinking. i hope that buy new one.
