This was a very affordable venue, waking up to the view of the sunrise and ocean was absolutely beautiful. The cabin size (deluxe) was just perfect and had all your essentials (kettle, toaster, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dinning table, lounge, TV, 3 single beds, 1 large double bed, 1 shower and 1 toilet). Great location near the beach, Bulli cafe and park. Our cabin, had the beach view and could walk out onto the walkway towards the beach. This is the perfect family spot to getaway for the weekend. The whole park was full of caravans and families, and also bunny rabbits too! They’re harmless, just keep an eye out for them when driving around. Would definitely be back again.

There was a bit of a musky smell in the cabin, so we had to air it out and spray glen 20. Once aired out the smell was ok. We turned the heater on at night because it was cold but it seemed like it was struggling - best to bring your own extra blankets. The toilet smelt like sewage so we had to keep the window open and the air on in the bathroom. The shower/bathroom shower didn’t look like it had been vacuumed or mopped from the previous stay - as there was hair on the floor and under the sink. We did a vacuum & mop of the cabin before we left.

Cabins are right in front of the beach, but the swimming area with flag is just further down the beach. Cabins are ideal for a quiet holiday Coffee shop just outside Caravan Park serving meals, very close for easy breakfast and lunch. Very nice Lots of wildlife around cabins, birds, beautiful little white rabbits. We were there in late October and absolutely fantastic whale watching from our balcony so many. Footpath in front of cabins is a great walkway. Just be mindful of lots of bike riders, too.

The table on the balcony is a little hard to sit down in if you're a little older. It's a fixed table and seat bolted to the floor, making sitting down harder for older people. You have to be able to swing your legs over the seat as you can't pull a seat out to sit down.

We rented a 2 bedroom deluxe unit. Main bedroom had queen bed, second bedroom three singles all beds made up. Both bedrooms had air conditioners and televisions. Additional air conditioner and television in main living area. Beautiful views of ocean and open to ocean breeze. Due to vegetation and site location not all units may have ocean view. Pedestrian walkway in front, easy and close access to beach, rock pool and Surf Club short distance away. Easy drive to local clubs (both with Bistros) and good Woolworths shopping centre. On contact staff friendly and helpful. Thanks to Booking.com we booked this unit at a reduced rate and being Pensioners the lower price was much appreciated. Due to car problems we had to stay at Corrimal (no vacancy at Bulli) but Bulli staff or their Service Provider arranged our accommodation in a 2 bedroom unit at the reduced price we had obtained previously at Bulli. The Corrimal unit could not compare in location or amenities to the Bulli deluxe unit, but given it was Sunday, school holidays, very short notice and very hot, we were grateful to obtain accommodation at all. I think we were very spoiled by our Bulli unit. Also for those who might be interested Bulli had reduced rates all year on caravan and camping sites for people holding Seniors Cards. This is a Council run caravan park so this discount might apply to other council parks in the area.

NOTHING.

The property was very clean modern comfortable beds TV’s Aircon whatever you wanted was there such a beautiful accommodation and very well maintained grounds thank you for a lovely stay. I shall be returning.

The only thing that were a little bit upsetting and no fault at all to the staff but the bushes on the fenceline really disturbed the view of the ocean and also the main TV in the lounge was very inconsistent but then again it was very windy so the ones in the bedrooms were fine not a problem really!

The facilities were excellent. One thing missing is WiFi. There is no free WiFi anywhere in the tourist park.. Ruby's Cafe was also closed when we were there, but the Bulli Beach Cafe is a short walk away, and they have great food and excellent coffee. There is no convenience store within walking distance. The closest grocery shopping is woollies in Bulli itself. Also, BRING COATHANGERS. Spacious wardrobe, but no coathangers. All in all a wonderful experience.

From arrival, reception staff were friendly, helpful & happy to see us. The cabin was neat & tidy & very comfortable. The only issue I had was the hard bed. I like sleeping on clouds, however the Mrs loved it! We didn't spend much time during the day in the cabin as we were out & about. The location is superb! Lots of wildlife, rabbits 🐇 everywhere, black cockatoo's, ducks🦆 galore, and lizards 🦎. Lots of children as the park is very family friendly, so drive slow. The walking track is right near the beach and is well used with cafes along the way. Watch out for bikes. They are everywhere. Ruby's cafe at the left entrance of the park has delicious food & coffee ☕️. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

The bed 🛌. But I'm one of those side sleeping, soft bed types. You can't please everyone.

The room was very clean, spacious- the layout was great and a very comfortable space for 5 guests. The view was phenomenal and we loved the huge deck with table and bbq for dining.

Wi-Fi capabilities ( although I’m not sure if it’s the area that has issues ), the cutlery could be upgraded ( steak knives were a bit blunt) and possibly an interior paint job , and our bed was really really firm- but overall really good.

It was right off the beach and quiet with a cafe in walking distance and a grocery store just a few minute's drive away. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Bonus, we were visited by a Cockatoo every evening around dinner time. :)

There was a bad body order/swamp butt smell in the laboratory. The lab seemed very clean - guess the smell was coming from the floor drain.

I booked 6 cabins for a large event of 28 people that I was hosting in Wollongong over the weekend. My main concern was my budget, and the Bulli beach cabins were great value. I was not expecting the location to be so serene and beautiful. We had a lot of fun as a group using the communal facilities and hanging out on the cabin balconies or within the cabins. The facilities went beyond expectation for the price. I'll be repeating this event at the Bulli beach cabins every year. The staff were very patient and understanding with my constantly changing attendee numbers and payment dates.

It got quite cold overnight (we stayed in the peak of winter) and some of the bedrooms didn't have a heater or extensive blankets. I wore warm clothes to bed and this sorted everything, and I'm sure we could have gotten extra blankets if we asked (we were a bit too distracted to do so in time).

The location right on the beach was spectacular. The cleanliness was superb. Ramp to verandah very good, no steps. Full kitchen and outdoor bbq great. Cockatoos and parrots visited. Ruby cafe only steps away for breakfast and lunch.

The beds were too firm for me but I brought a foam underlay and then they were fine. The lounges were basic, soft but not particularly comfortable.
