The location was central and in easy walking distance to WIN Stadium. The room was spacious and clean.

It wasn’t great value for money and the parking spaces in the basement were small and tight to get into with an average sized car.

We had a two bedroom suite. It was very comfortable. The beds were great. The hotel is very well located and a short stroll to restaurants and bars as well as the beach. We would happily stay here again.

No AC in the bed rooms. Staff in the reception should be more focused on customer needs not be robot. I requested if we could delay the checkout by One hour as my 6m old grandchild needs to be feed before starting our journey back home. The lady did not give any importance and repeated that we have to vacate the room by 10am as the hotel is fully booked. This is the stupid response as not all the customers will come at the same time. I think the reception needs to trained and management should aware of this issue.

Clean, spacious room. Great location, near lots of eateries and short walk to the event centre (win stadium) One extra I loved, was that they included laundry powder, for the washing machine 👍

Accommodation was fantastic! Very clean and the apartment had everything you could ask for. Perfect for a family stay. Great location too.

Customer service was below average. No greeting at all and no effort to be welcoming. When I came to check in it felt like my presence was an inconvenience. I also asked about parking and told them I was parked right outside. They didn’t bother to tell me that parking from Sat midday to Monday was free on the street.

The location was within walking distance to everything. Great size rooms with ample lounge room & kitchen facilities & even a laundry. Loved the fact that it had 2 bathrooms.

Lots of windows to maKE A BRIGHT APARTMENT AND A WONDERFUL WALL MURIAL, as view was otherwise of other buildings. The room was spotless. Beach, harbour, shops all within walking distance, so great location.

Personally the bed was a little soft but nothing else to comment on

I would have liked to have air conditioning in the bedrooms not just the living area but the ceiling fans definitely worked well.

The location was great. The staff was fantastic, so accommodating, nothing was too much to ask for. The room was exceptionally clean and large and appliances all looked new.
