The staff was very kind and considerate. When I arrived, he was already waiting for me outside and handed me the key, so I can get in the carpark easily. When I left, he also waited outside, took the key, and said goodbye. The room was not new but very comfortable. The small kitchen was especially convenient for people who get tired of eating all their meals in restaurants. They even prepare pots, plates, forks and other essentials. The bathroom was quite spacious, and the water was always hot enough.

Considering the price, the apartment offers great value, and I’m highly satisfied. I have nothing to complain about and will definitely come back when I visit Wollongong again.

Excellent location to explore not just the city, but all the National Parks around. Cozy, warm, clean and huge! the kitchen has everything needed to stay there few days and cook for yourself. Big comfy bed with 2 smart TVs. Cannot think in better place to stay south Sydney. Plenty location to park on the street but also private parking.

bathtub looked as if it had water jets but was not able to turn it on, this is not anything dealbreaking though, stay was amazing and exactly as expected. Also I believe the rooms needed a bit more soundproofing towards the entrance.

The location was perfect and the host were just great. The apartment was just perfect, it had everything that we could have asked for. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Have the undercover and secure car parking was also a big plus.

The only down fall was maybe the stairs. But they make it work.

In a quiet location a great place to spend some nights (or days). Really appreciated the bath oppurtunity with the shower. The TV had great selection of channels AND Netflix. The room was spacious and cozy with many places to sit and relax or do some work behind tables. All the elementaries for eating were there - all the cutlery, dishes, microwave etc. The host was really gracious, attentive, helpful, warm and does his work with heart.

Would have liked to use some salt and pepper since the location for food making was terrific :) There are 2 biggest minuses for me a) the doors weren't soundproof at all, so you could hear chatter in the hallway or the door slams. I feel very grateful that I took my earplugs with me, but it was still quite a racket especially when the morning came. B) The wi-fi was so uneven and many times it was inaccessible; luckily I didn't have any compulsory doings on my laptop, but watch out if you're having an home office day there. Would have appreciated some more colors, paintings and plants in the room to make it cozier. Also be aware of the step to the bathroom - stubbed my toe there once.

Great location - central for work needs. Mario was wonderful. Even carried my bag upstairs for me, and then I was given the option to view and choose rooms. Very appreciative of this as I prefer a quiet room. The room was beautifully clean and exceptionally spacious and comfortable. I didn't use the cooking facilities, but may well use next visit - yes, I will definitely be staying again! Thank you Mario! Oh and I also loved the secure undercover parking :-) and that this is a family run business!

Some idiot starting up some industrial machine close by at 0715. But that had nothing to do with Mario!!!

The property was central, just 5 minutes from the hospital. Very well kept property run by lovely people. The unit has a well equipped kitchen, a nice balcony, large bathroom and the bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. Also a choice of pillows. Would recommend this property for price and location.

The apartment was exceptionally clean. It had everything I could possibly want. I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony on sunny mornings. I found it to be surprisingly quiet considering how busy the area is.

Exiting the carpark could sometimes be dangerous because the surrounding street parking reduced visibility.

Secure locked area for vehicle with internal access into building

Online booking was for One Bedroom Apartment which was confirmed by email as “One-Bedroom Apartment” What was given was a Studio Apartment so didn’t match what was described. Kitchenette, television sitting area, and Queen double bed all in one largish room, no separation. There was only a single lounge chair for one person whereas there were four dining chairs🤷🏻‍♂️ No mood lighting, just stark ceiling down lights.

Great location for walking into the centre of Wollongong. Easy to drive around. The car was parked in a secure, enclosed garage. A well equipped kitchen although we did not end up using the cooking facilities. I have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you.
