The room is super clean and nice and comfortable. Special the reception lady was so nice and kind, when we got problem which we cannot fold the sofa bed back late at night, she was still coming to the room and helped us out. Big appreciate to her.

The only issue I experienced was after we checking out in the early morning at 9am, we accidentally left the bed guard for 3-yr boy in the room. If the room service team contacted us before 1pm, we were still around the area and we can easily came back. However, when I arrived home in Sydney at 3:30pm, we recognized the issue and phone the reception, we were told they got my bed guard and waiting for me to go back to pickup….unfortunately, I have to ask the team to ship the guard back to me and I have to bear the cost. I understand it’s my personal mistake due to the careless, but if the room was checked earlier and the service team can contact me proactively, all the additional things can be avoided.

Family of 6 stayed in 2 separate rooms. The amenities were very good, most especially the secured car park, and the location was within close proximity to shops, chemists, petrol stations, and eateries. We were there for a netball competition, and the Quest is most likely the only decent accommodation within a 30km radius if you want good value for money & no bed bugs!

Minor concern and was easily fixed by the friendly staff. A couple of guests swipe cards for the carpark didn't work at first but were quickly fixed upon approach.

For the price I was shocked by how nice ‘The Quest Nowra’ was. Upon arrival the staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional, answering all my questions. The room itself was great! My partner and I had all the facilities needed to cook a meal, enjoying it on the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The location is great as well, being right across the road from a shopping centre.

The only negative I have is that the wifi wasn’t the best, it kept cutting in and out.

The location for our visit was idle. The parking although paid was very convenient. room was very well presented and the house worker was very polite and caring. Surely making more visit as mentioned to reception and you hotel number given. Thanks.

Basically, nothing; may have been grateful for the upkeep during the stay. The house worker did provide a few more for tea and coffee. The bedding may have been ok. All good anyways it was only a 2-night stay.

Everything about the Quest that I required was tip top. So comfy, clean, great staff. Loved that I can bring brekky stuff. Fridge/freezer/microwave. Walk to great cafes.

Unfortunately Nowra has a problem with the cockatoos, or corellas, and they are damn noisy! Close the window (gets a bit warm but I don't like aircon) so 6am wake up it was. That's the ONLY issue I had. I'd still stay there again!

Rooms were very well presented, neat and tidy, comfortable, large enough. Bathrooms were of good size and very functional. Overall size of the apartment was good for a family of 4. The location is easily accessible and very safe. There are many shopping options and restaurants in the same location which makes it easier for quick shopping and get food quickly.

Parking has to be booked separately at an additional cost. Even though there were text messages from the property informing me about this before my stay, I was unaware of this at the time of booking. For the price of the rooms, parking should be included in the cost. The washer, dryer were very noisy and needs some looking into.

We were visiting Nowra as we were attending a funeral on the day of our arrival. I advised Quest Nowra that we were hoping to arrive an hour before official check in to get ready for the service. I was wonderfully surprised that they went to the trouble of sending me a personal text advising that the room was ready for me at 1pm. I haven't received that kind of pre check-in service in any other Hotel.

Spacious room, kitchen corner available in the room, the bathroom was nice with all the essentials as well as a real hair dryer (not like the ones already attached to the walls). The location is a short 20/30 minutes drive to Jervis bay which is great.

The bathroom could have been a bit more spacious but no big deal. Didn’t find any restaurants that convinced us in a walking distance. But it was not a big deal either.

Love that room was huge, good kitchen, great staff. Booked it because they had a washer and dryer in the room.

The location of the washer dryer was right in front of the bathroom door when the tray between the washer and dryer somehow opened it blocked the bathroom door and we were unable to get in the bathroom. Apparently this has happened before, so bad design
