Motel is in a great convenient location just 1 block off the Highway, but no traffic noise, as it's in a quiet residential street, thats just a short stroll to Nowra CBD. We had a great spacious room with nice comfortable beds & bedding. Everything was Spotlessly clean. The shower was a true delight after a long day driving, as it had plenty of hot water, decent water pressure & water flow, something that you just don't find these days, even when staying in a fancy 5 star hotel in a capital city. I will be a happily be a repeat guest at Parkhaven whenever we are visiting family and friends in the region.

Comfortable, convenient location and room was perfect for our needs. Spoke to a cleaner and explained reasoning for an extra towel and she was fantastic and a pleasure to talk with. Highly recommend

We were awoken early on our second morning around 6.30 by the removal of the scaffolding from the restaurant which would have been nice to have known about as we had a 6.5 hr drove home later that day but will definitely book again as that is not an ongoing thing.

The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable enough for a couple of nights. (Though our stay was only one night). Lovely, clean, quality linen - was impressed with the size and quality of the towels. Service was great, the lady who checked us in was helpful, friendly and efficient.

There was a bit of a strange smell in the room (kind of musty?) when we first checked in and a beer bottle had been left in the little courtyard outside of our room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a downstairs room after initially being allocated an upstairs room - we don’t do stairs well. The room was large and the bathroom was modern.

The room we had is yet to be renovated and was in need of some TLC - the two rooms next to us are currently being renovated. Our room had mould on the roof and the screen door to the private courtyard needed a really good clean.

We had one of their 'garden' rooms - with a good sized enclosed patio facing the park/creek. This gave the place a greater feeling of space (and privacy). Onsite laundry was very useful when you are on the road for a few weeks. Location was an easy walk into town and the park.

It would have been nice to have a security lock on the patio screen door so that you could have the door open at night (and not have the a/c on). Wouldn't have minded if the patio was 'leaf blown' from time to time as we kept bringing leaves and twigs into the unit (and it just looked 'forgotten').

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. . The family room was spacious and clean, and the balcony was a nice touch. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including a dining table, toaster, kettle, microwave, and dishes—clearly a sign that the owners care about guest comfort. The hotel's central location in Nowra is also convenient. Additionally, the housekeeping ladies was polite, smiling and always ready to assist.

We traveled with our grand daughter , she had her own room and tv, there was a dining table , lounge room and we had a very comfortable bed.bathroom had a spa bath. Owner was very welcoming and lovely. Also nice swimming pool, had mini putt putt golf and equipment , plus tennis court equipment supplied also . Which we enjoyed . Close to everything would be my preferred choice of accommodation when in Coffs Harbour from now. Great Location too!

We've stayed in a lot of motels and hotels, so we can say with confidence that this place nails it. Sure, it's a time bit tired, but there is everything there you need, from microwave and toaster to king size beds and, yes, king size towels! And all for a really competitive nightly rate. We'll stay again!

There's a bit of road noise despite being a block from the highway - nothing a pair of earplugs won't fix. Also not a fan of on-the-wall pump toiletries.

I was surprised at the room when we arrived. The price was so reasonable so we expected a very average accommodation. We found that everything was so clean and up to date. Lovely bedding and fluffy white towels. It was better accommodation than a much pricier hotel in Cronulla. Certainly will stay again.

Nice proprietors - Hamish and Leanne - cheerful and responsive. Good location - close to the town center and shopping places. Reasonably priced for the season.

There was a mouse in the bathroom and a slightly weird smell from the outside - maybe because there was a kitchen close by and that was influencing things.
