Stayed in February 2025. Good express check in machine. I stayed in room 41 which had one double and one single bed. The room was well set-up including iron and ironing board, plates and cutlery, microwave, dishwashing liquid. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable - may have been recently renovated? There was milk in the fridge. Though air conditioner was in a corner above the kitchen sink, still cooled the room adequately. Shower was good. Stayed on a Friday night but it was nice and quiet.

Bottom of shower curtain discoloured and should be changed. Some a*hole parked his SUV and boat across several car parks - though the caretaker did apologize when I checked out. Fine print on ''Booking.com" says ''Please note that the swimming pool is closed on Sundays after 13:00." However pool is not available at all due to being leased to a business. Please check and correct details. TV only picks about 5 channels even after autotuning.

It was everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We loved that they had thought of and catered to everything we might need during our stay. It was more modern than most motels. Heaters and TVs in each of the rooms and a good flow on the shower. Our favourite was the cafe downstairs, which served great coffee and food. The staff were wonderful. Short walking distance to walk along the river which was lovely. There's also an onsite indoor pool and laundry facilities.

Although we booked a regular room, we got a family room, so we had more than enough space. Everything was nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had everything you need after a hot day on the road: a comfy bed, a powerful hot shower, a silently working AC and even a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge and kettle. We also appreciated the guest laundry. We found a good place for our bicycle out of view from the street and out of the rain and we would have even be allowed to take it into the room. We did not use the pool, but it did look very clean..

Fridge was a bit loud and it felt like it was running all the time.

My interstate family and I booked a few rooms for a few nights. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The onsite cafe had great, coffee and homemade food. , Roms were very clean and comfortable Location was perfect for us, very quiet area too. It actually exceeded my expectations.

Didn't like the shower set up. No matter what we did water flooded the bathroom. Found kitchen sink cold water tap operated in reverse to the usual way. The pool had way too much chlorine in it. Never experienced that amount in a public pool before. With these very few faults we would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Susan the receptionist was very friendly. She properly explained why the pool has to be closed early and can't be opened early. The chef from the coffee shop was so good, my kids enjoyed their pancakes, didn't catch her name though but she's always smiling and friendly. Both of them needs a raise, they are both good, friendly and nice! Thank you, because of you guys, our stay became pleasant.

The swimming pool only started opening at 8am and we have to check out at 10am, 2 hours are so limited. The pool is great which is heated and so clean, but the timing isn't. It's even closed at 7:30pm, we would've had a nice swim in the evening to relax but we didn't since it's already closed. YOU SHOULD CHANGE THIS. THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY WE SELECTED YOUR HOTEL BECAUSE YOU HAVE A HEATED POOL BUT THE TIMING IS NOT VERY GOOD

Terrific location a short walk from the river and not far to go into town. The room had all that we needed; it was spacious, with comfy beds and the small kitchenette is handy, even though we didn't use it. The fresh milk in the fridge to make tea on arrival is a welcome touch! The on-site cafe serves good coffee and excellent breakfasts. The staff are welcoming and helpful, we look forward to returning one day.

Our room, which faced the hedge along the fence was a little dark, but otherwise it was all we needed.

Room was excellent and mostly clean apart from the floor needing more attention to being vacuumed.

Checking in to be questioned on the bed configuration I had knowingly booked we got the impression this isn't exactly all that friendly towards the gay community it made it a rather uncomfortable experience for that we will avoid in the future. The carpet had bits and pieces from the last guest needed another clean.

Exceeded our expectations. The location was not far off the highway but nestled away in a relatively quiet cul de sac. The motel was clean and well looked after, and the rooms also. Breakfast at the cafe on site was tasty.

We had the family room no.42 - it fit our family of 5 perfectly. However, and this isn’t really the motel’s fault - but there was a shower block just next door at the caravan park and it was exceptionally loud until about midnight, with echoing voices and a gate that kept slamming. So I’d avoid room 42 if possible.

Extremely happy that the manager allowed us to check in early as we were going to a concert at Berry which started at 12.30 and it gave us time to check in, get our keys unpack and travel to the Showground. Unit was very clean. Lovely firm bed. Absolutely LOVED that it had a microwave and loved how the crockery and cutlery was laid out ready to use.

There are no safety rails in the bathroom. Bathroom is a good size but hub to get in and out of shower only curtain and no support. Spending years in OHS environment I have found many hotels lack this vital safety feature. Not everyone needs a room with aids but a safety rail in bathrooms I believe is essential.
