The accommodation was really well set up and comfortable, the little courtyard was great. The owners were welcoming and friendly. Location right by the lake was ideal. Provided breakfast options were great.

Not that this is a huge issue but both the TV and AC remotes needed the battery changed.

It had everything we needed for our trip, Sonia & Joe were very welcoming and kind, they had left us food for breakfast which was a lovely touch. We didn’t use it as it was a winter weekend but there was also a private bbq and patio area in their beautiful garden.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The owners made us feel very welcome with a packet of chocolate biscuits on the table. The room had everything to could ask for in a B&B breakfast and full size toiletries if needed. It’s the small things that makes their guests happy. Well manicured lawns and private garden outside our room. We will certainly be going back.

There is nothing about this property that we didn’t like.

Lovely well kitted out studio apartment, kitchen was very well stocked with fruit, crumpets, milk, eggs, etc. in the fridge. Even had an air fryer! Fantastic location on St. George’s Basin, beautiful walk around the water and two kayaks to take out supplied by Joe and Sonia.

Breakfast supplies were fantastic. Cereal, bacon eggs, toast, jam, fruit. The hosts even catered for my gluten free requirements. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery etc. The hosts provided us with suggestions of what to do in the area.

Pillows were very soft.

Sonia gave us a very friendly welcome with plenty of info about what was available in the area. It is in a peaceful location with foreshore walks at your door. The room was very well stocked with food for our stay. Anything we asked for was immediately supplied. The personal courtyard and BBQ were fabulous (although the BBQ wasn't clean when we got there but Joe cleaned it as soon as we asked).

The concertina door to the bathroom is a bit weird but not a deal breaker. Some outdoor lighting in the courtyard would make it a little more pleasant at night (I think there were some solar lights but not many of them worked).

Super cute room, with all the facilities we needed on our stay. Our hosts had prepared all ingredients for a delicious breakfast, everything we needed was in the kitchen. Calm location, perfect for a relaxing weekend. We felt so welcome here.

The friendly welcome, comfortable, clean and well appointed accommodation with very thoughtful selection for breakfast with everything you would need for a relaxing or active stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

The water front location is peaceful with magnificent sunsets and an abundance of bird life. Lovely walking trail along the water's edge. Sonia and Joe are very warm & welcoming, friendly people with a good knowledge of the local attractions to visit. We had a great day exploring the jervis bay national park which is a short drive from the accommodation. Great variety of breakfast foods supplied. B&B is in a quiet location for a restful nights sleep.

Leaving

Everything in the accommodation was well thought out and had a beautiful Italian/beach theme to it! Even the breakfast provided, the items to use in the kitchen like the airfryer and French press for coffee just gave the stay that added a special touch. Was very impressed
