We stayed in a lakeview luxury villa during July school holidays. The villa was new and tidy. The view was nice and the location was good. We liked the facilities provided by the holiday park. The pool looked very inviting but we couldn't use the pool as the water was still pretty cold. We loved our morning visitors, including kangaroos, ducks and lorikeets.

Two families (2 adults 2 kids each) stayed in the villa. We couldn't find enough kitchen utensils and cookware for 8 people. Would have been nice if more cleaning materials were provided. The beds were very comfortable, but pillows can be bit lower.

The lakeside apartments we stayed in were beautiful and private. We loved the amenities, they have such a great pool for kids and adults and splash park for the kids (and adults haha). There is so much wildlife around which is really cool, like the gaggle of ducks that roam around the grounds looking to be fed and the kangaroos that can often be seen bouncing around.

The only thing we didn't like was the mattress in our room which seemed to be way too soft. It made the sleep uncomfortable as we would sink right into the bed. Everything else was amazing and there are no other complaints!

Facilities and location were great. Animals were wonderful to be near. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

5 o'clock stop for some of the facilities was a bit annoying for my son who goes a lot later than that. The arcade games were mostly claw games which wasted my money. The kitchen could have had some more utensils. There were a few things in the lodge that should have been fixed - blinds especially. More tv channels in the lounge room than the bedroom would have been useful, but wasn't a big thing...

Loved the pool, games room, views, staff were lovely and lots of kids for our 3 year old daughter to play with. Great to have little parks and the jumping pillow too.

Booked here specifically for the splash park and was very disappointed to see it was closed for maintenance (completely understand that's important especially if it's a safety thing but would have been great to have prior notice). Also the floor in the room wasn't completely clean everywhere upon arrival which was a bit annoying as we have a 7 month old who was crawling around so I had to clean it first.

Beaut location for us, near local family. The attractions in the park - water play etc were excellent

For us personally, having come from out West with 40° weather, and now having returned to a dead garden and similar temperatures, we did not like our cabin point blank facing West, the wonderful big verandah unable to be used for many hours in the afternoons. This issue would probably not effect others - it's just we were hoping for some cool shade, and running/moving water.

the 2 kids pool water slides... very very dangerous, spoke to the staff and they said they were certified recently ... BUT Mgmt has a serious liability on their hands if they don't extend the landing area of the exit to the slides... one slides ending is stainless steel edging .... witnessed lots of kids missing the edging by 5cm who were normal weight...the bigger kids got hurt.... you must fix both please 🙏

The peace....had a gr8 time with the wild life...beautiful calm lake....beautiful surroundings.......👍

The little shop wasnt open,not even for coffee in the mornin....i know its off peak,but maybe open just for a few hrs during the day?... Dont think there was boats to rent. Would of been good to go out into the lake,both me n my partner have crappy hands n shoulders, so rowing is really out of the question.... The bed,was cumfy,but had a dip in the middle...we kinda met/rolled in the middle of it...so each mornin one had to pull out the other...

As it was BIG4 family park, we felt very comfortable with our 7yo boy. He enjoyed scooter riding around the park and everyone being really respectable for little kids and family.

Just one thing we forgot to metion to the reception staff that the main stove top was leaking gas and we wwere not able to use it and gas smell was really terrible and dangerous.

Everything. We had a Lagoon suite, and it was stunning. Perfect. It is so hard to leave such a beautiful place. Watching the waterline. Fish eels turtles. Listening g to the kookas in the evening while enjoying g a BBQ over the water. Staff friendly, very helpful, very professional, very knowledgeable.. Just made the stay magical.

Can't think of anything. That wasn't just perfect.

Beautiful location, secluded from the busy city noise. Quiet location to relax and just soak in the beauty of Lake Conjola. Conjola beach is located a short drive 3 min drive from the park. It is definitely worth the drive with the stunning views it offers. The entire park was very clean including the villa we stayed in. The beds were very comfortable which was great. Our kids enjoyed all the facilities the park has to offer from the jumping pillow to the swimming pool to the arcade room, they loved it. The staff were great too which is always a plus. I would definitely be visiting there again. The kids were fascinated by the kangaroos and ducks which were around the park not to mention karts and kayaks which can be hired to occupy and keep your kids entertained.

It would've been nice if the pool and jumping pillow opened abit longer as there was a note stating it is open till 5pm. We travelled a good 6 hours from inland to this place, the roads to get to this place wasn't great, however it is worth the drive once you arrive and see what this place has to offer.
