The bed , airco. Position of the room

Coffee , tea are provided but no any kind of milk provided in the fridge....it never happened anywhere else... Random mugs, no water glasses. We couldn't use the bedside lamps.... No towel for bathroom mat. Was slippery. Only 2 tiny soops....no shower jel, shampoo etc. Shower door is very old and dodgy.....we were worried if it may fall out? No iron ..... we went to see a show we wouldvery need it .... The door key didn't work smoothly when we got back at night. It was a worry. We didn't have info where to leave the key at leaving , so we left it in the door. 🤷‍♀️ In a motel for $274 shouldn't be all these issues.

Bed was excellent. The room nice and clean. Shower and bathroom were good with excellent hot water Kitchen facilities were good. parking was excellent and thew street was very quiet. Easy access to the Golf glub and to Ulladulla shoping area.

the room lacked any chairs to rest on, although when I spoke to the manager she provided 2 chairs which made a difference to our comfort. there was a lack of crockery and cutlery. We had a picnic set so utilised what we needed from it.

The staff were helpful and thoughtful. The unit could hold 4 people, I was a single person last minute booking so I was thankful to get a room. My car had a flat battery and staff let me return to the unit while I waited 2.5 hrs for NRMA Roadside assistance, a very nice act. .

I couldnt get the TV to work. There were three controllers none worked. I didnt pester the staff since they were busy and it was only a one night stay on a busy holiday long weekend.

Good location and onsite parking. Easily walk to beach and cafes or golf club. Shower was great

Very basic room for the price, however it was peak times so I understand the price is increased. There were no chairs or sofas in the room so the only way to watch tv or sit and chat etc was to sit on the bed which isn’t ideal or comfortable after a while

Fridge needed to be updated as it sounded like heavy machinery. Hot water system needs to be bigger as only one person could shower as it ran out of hot water

Reception does not open till 6.00pm had to wait around from 2.00pm Had a problem with the TV reception was not open at all

Property was very comfortable but without unnecessary frills. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom recently refreshed. Kitchenette tired but adequate. Location very convenient. Balcony was appreciated and well utilised!

A couple more glasses would have been good!

Room is clean and comfortable Manager asked about my stay and if I was comfortable as they have all new Mattresses comfortable and the new bedding is nice I always stay here when I have work in the area

It was ground floor. Had a stove. Bed was comfortable. It was short walk to beach.

Lights next bed didnt work. Tv was on table so you had to sit on bed to eat or drink. Only one Chair in room. One stool broken.
