Stunning location. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Our waitress was lovely. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

It’s obvious it used to be a motel. I think a little a more refinement is required to lose that ‘once a motel’ vibe.

IT Is Lovely. All the staff were very friendly. I did think for the money it may have been a little more of 'An Experience'. We were there for 2 nights. Not much option for dining if you were there longer. Food around the pool was really good But small menu, if you'd had it for lunch 2 days you really didn't want it for dinner. We dined in The restaurant which was lovely but its more expensive, so 2 dinners here is at a cost. It would be nice if there was a different menu for dinner by the pool. I think a small touch like a cool face washer or Fruit something a little extra would make a big addition. We did love our stay thanks to the staff.

For $1765.00 for 2 nights I just felt it was nothing extra than a nice hotel.. Nothing to make it feel like it was an experience.

The outdoor spa tub was private and had a beautiful view where you could hear the ocean metres away and enjoy the views of the immaculate garden. We ordered cocktails from our room, delivered by friendly staff. The location is excellent, I walked down a sleep (albeit slippery) slope to the ocean, sitting on the rocks, enjoying the peace and beauty. Rick Steins restaurant was supburb, relaxed vibe, excellent waitor, who was so accomadating, the starters and entrees were a highlight ( the oysters, scallops, octopus and ceviche are must tries).

The room could have more extras in the price. The cheap slippers were just sad, and there was a lack of little extra touches that made the price feel a little steep

The breakfast was lovely. Staff were exceptional. And the location of breakfast overlooking the gardens is a beautiful spot. Very comfortable bed and able to sleep with door open to enjoy the sea breeze was absolutely beautiful. Lovely balcony overlooking pool and ocean. Lovely infinity pool at a beautiful temperature, with a great pool bar service. Pool bar provided lovely, relaxed meal options. The overall experience is luxurious and relaxing.

nothing to dislike

Beautiful outlook over the ocean, could hear the waves, see the whales. The balcony was perfect. the room was quiet, the bed comfortable. Water bottles, magazines, blanket and couch, along with the desk for WFH was perfect.

I needed a couple of other options for pillows, I am very sensitive to pillow height and needed a softer option

Location, room, views

The bar menu is too limited and the restaurant was unable to accomodate us without a fuss, which we found to be unacceptable given that the restaurant was only 50% occupied throughout the evening. They have to expect hotel guests to want to have a substantial dinner, and either they offer more than just pizzas at the bar or ensure they have the staff in the restaurant particularly at an Easter weekend when they are running at full capacity.

Free Transport between restaurants and hotels Pool set up so amazing, the food, the towels, the bathroom facilities, the view even has sunscreen if you forget yours. The morning breakfasts were fantastic! Get that package. Spa and massage was awesome, pricey but worth it. The pavilion was very nice and highly recommended Jones beach was spectacular Not suitable for kids at all which is perfect for a quiet break

No small place for the gym No spa or sauna Pricey but worth it if you can afford it

Whole experience exceeded my expectations. Incredible view from the room, whether on the balcony, inside on the sofa or sitting up in bed. Attention to detail in room as well as around the outside surroundings. For example, the room had a pair of binoculars to watch for dolphins and whales. Really enjoyed dinner at downstairs restaurant and the complimentary drink at the pool bar beforehand. Will definitely be back!

Room was lovely, overlooking the water. The pool was great, so was the pool food menu. The breakfast options were also great. We couldnt get into Rick Steins for dinner, so we had dinner at rooftop bar and grill at the Pavillion and had a great meal.

A bath in our room would have been great.

Unfortunately, when it says - NO View - they mean no view. If you opened your louvers - view of the car park.
