Ken and June were exceptional hosts. The property was ideally located looking over the beach with the surf break directly in front of the property and a great view of the surfers each day. Mollymook Beach Waterfront was beautifully appointed with everything you need for your stay. A delightful welcome starter hamper with hot and cold breakfast options, snacks and wine was most appreciated. A fully stocked DVD library, smart TV with netflix and a comprehensive information folder with suggestions for eating out, takeaway and recommendations for how to spend your time. If you stay in your apartment and choose not to venture out, you are treated to the most serene and relaxing experience. Ken is so welcoming, always happy to offer recommendations and shares his great love of the local area. I highly recommend a stay at Mollymook Beach Waterfront. You will want to return.

What a wonderful place to spend a couple of days to get away from it all and just relax. June and Ken are lovely hosts, that ensure that your time spent there is the most enjoyable that you can have. The complimentary starter pack with time, cheese,biscuits and assorted breakfast goods starts the stay off. To just sit back and enjoy the ocean veiwn and watch the world go by while enjoying a wine and cheese and crackers is what everyone should do. Thanks to June and Ken for the thoroughly enjoyable stay, Amy and I will definitely be back.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and fully equipped. The view from the apartment was spectacular. My jaw literally dropped. We had ocean views with cool sea breeze while enjoying our meals on the balcony. The hosts were amazing and very welcoming. They provided a bottle of complementary wine and delicious array of goodies. The apartment is located on the beach and close to some amazing restaurants in Milton and Ulladulla.

I don't have anything negative to say.

An absolutely fabulous beachside property with everything you could ever need. We were pleasantly surprised by a very generous gift package including eggs, bacon, cheese, 2 bottles of wine and much more. Ken and June were lovely hosts and offered lots of local recommendations, as well as a classic collection of DVDs to watch in the evenings. Everything was clean and tidy. The view of the ocean/surfers was only improved by watching dozens of native birds splashing in the bird bath.

Wonderful location overlooking the the ocean with views of dolphins and surfers. The accommodation was very quiet and well located in Mollymook to walk to the Golf Club and cafe. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast hamper, snacks and wine. Looking forward to a return visit. Highly recommend Mollymook Beach Waterfront.

What a hidden gem this place was!!!!! Everything about our stay was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better view. The complementary welcome hamper was an added bonus and much appreciated. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment had everything that we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely re-visit in the future.

We had the most relaxing stay in Ken and June’s property in Mollymook. Sitting on the sofa, we stared at the ocean below for hours watching surfers in action while hearing the waves crashing on the beach. After sunset, we watched a couple of movies from the DVD collection while enjoying the complimentary wine and cheese. The bed was also big and super comfy. What a way to recharge over the weekend, can’t wait to go back. Thanks Ken and June for your generous hospitality.

Everything, the clean unit with everything included ( the king size bed, cable TV with every channel and streaming service, king-size bed with ensuite And the very generous condiments that included a breakfast package with wine and much more ) and the view. Unbeatable !

The location was perfect! quiet with uninterrupted ocean views. Easy walk to beach and also to cafes/ restaurant. Included was a very generous selection of breakfast goods, wine, cheese and chocolates. The unit was exceptionally clean and the furnishings very comfortable, especially the bed, pillows and cosy bathrobes. Lovely hosts Ken and June. We look forward to staying again.
