Very basic room but sparkling clean, And considering the price, it excellent value for the money . The only glitch was somebody on staff had forgotten to replenish the tea bag supply and we arrived late at night after the office had closed. So no tea for one of us, who had to make do with the instant coffee. Can't say anything about the staff because we never met any . We received a text on the day saying we'd been allocated Room 3 and the key would be in the door. And that was the check in (and out) procedure.

Great late check in. Staff were friendly over text. Very helpful. Room was clean. Good facilities with everything you needed for overnight stop. I read review saying the rooms are untidy and clean. The bathroom is dated but it was clean. I’d rather a dated clean bathroom over a dirty modern one anyday.

I had specifically specified that elderly guest would be present who used walking aids. The step up to room was difficult for her to navigate. That can’t turn off tv light or smoke alarm flash. Being Deaf, this affects quality of sleep.

Loved the room & the lil balcony at the back served me the best as it kept me connected to nature. The fact that there's excellent food & everything that you'd probably need on a holiday just in walking distance was cherry on the cake. Hari was very cooperative at all times. The most important part was that I felt extremely secure the entire stay. I could see a little community of elderly people from the balcony and the lights would be on till late. Honestly, my stay was a little MORE comfortable than I had expected, based on some previous reviews. We all have different experiences and mine was definitely a pleasant one. The place definitely needs some serious deep cleaning BUT everything that I needed access to was clean & manageable. Gratitude and best wishes.

There wasn't anything I did NOT like but the place just needs a deep cleaning sometime soon.

It was well located on the highway for our return route to Sydney. It’s perfect and convenient for a one nite stay, though in another section of the property people appeared to be staying for several days to explore the interesting, surrounding area. The property itself is interesting and in a peaceful setting.

Most unusual the keys were left in the entry door to the room. The motel is located in a rural setting and we had no problems.

Overall good. We were initially scared after reading some extremely bad reviews. Our room was tidy and clean, linen included.

With a bit of effort (not spending too much), the place can improve a lot. Timber fixtures in room, for examy, can be a lot more modern with a bit of polishing and repairs. Cleanliness can be improved by making minor changes.

What breakfast? There was half a loaf of bread, a part used box of Fruit Loops and an onion in a cupboard but I wouldn’t call that breakfast. Nice rooms. Good aircon.

Only one milk pod. Expectation to keep use of cups etc clean but no scrubbing device or tea towel. Fire alarm was hanging down. Hot water took several minutes to come through wasting a lot of water.

Room was spacious, kitchen area was well set up.

Air conditioner was difficult to operate, lounge had very little stuffing. No food was available, and directed to the Tucker box down the road. Facilities there are run down or non existent.

Great value for money, the room was great, lovely view, aircon worked perfectly. All up I thought the property was perfect.

The only thing I could say is it took some time for the hot water to come through, not really worth complaining about.

My event ran late and I was sent a text letting me know my key was in the door to my room, I didnt feel any pressure to check in, I could arrive when I was able to. The room was clean, the heating worked well, it was a bit old school retro looking but very welcoming after a long day, the bed was comfy. The free wifi was fast.

The toilet ran a lot when flushed, it eventually quitened but it took a very long time.
