Location of motel was an easy walk to the beach and club. The room itself was roomy as was the bathroom. Having a kitchenette and good size television. From Mollymook was a short drive to Milton and Ulladulla to browse more shops and have a meal at the clubs or pubs.

Rooms are not sound proof and can hear guests in the next rooms. Bed was too soft. Guests slamming shut their room door when closing it, especially at night are very disrespectful towards other guests. Ideal suggestion for owner to have a sign near door. The driveway/parking area could have an upgrade in having it sealed/resealed. The cleanliness needs improvement as there was dust on the wall above bedhead as well seen on the popcorn painted ceiling near fan - when turning on the ceiling fan, the dust was dislodged and floated down onto the bed.

Have stayed several times before and keep coming back. Love the location - walk to the golf club for dinner, walk to the beach. It is quiet, can park our car right at the door to the room. Clean, roomy.

Water pressure wasn't the best in our room but it was manageable for one night. Had plenty of coffee and supplies but a bit more milk would have been handy. (but that is just me looking for something for this section) - plenty of coffee shops close by.

The location was wonderful, it was clean, easily accessible and best price around that area

It is quite an older building, and could do with a bit of maintenance in some areas, particularly some tiles in the bathroom but other than that I’ve stayed there before and will stay there again

Location was great, short walk to beach and golf club. Room was clean and beds and pillows very comfortable. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a lovely idea and appreciated.

The Fifth Green apartment was a good size, was very clean and comfortable, and in an easy location to walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equiped.

We never met the staff, all contact was via text or email. It would have been nice if when on-site they had just come and said hello. The wifi was, for several days, completely unusable. However, I must stress, this was early March, 2022, when NSW had been pounded with heavy rain for over a month, and there was major flooding in many areas causing significant issues with telecommunication cabling. I would expect that in normal times it would be fine.

Great location close to the beach and the local club, short drive to Ulladulla for more dining and shopping choices. Hosts were welcoming and friendly, room was nice and clean and with lots of space. Dedicated parking in front of room made it easy unpacking and repacking the car. We enjoyed our stay there and was good value.

Nothing really apart from the shower pressure was a bit low but that is a personal preference.

Great location, close to cafes, club, beach and playground. Even had ocean glimpses from the balcony in one bedroom upstairs apartment, very cosy and just the right size for a weekend or week stay. Parking on site is free and there is also a newsagency/small goods store nearby so didn't even have to go into town.

A bit of road noise but ok overnight. Nothing really not to like.

Gerard and Jane and staff were extremely helpful. We had slight incident which was handled in a very timely and professional manner to our satisfaction.

For a bed sit price was a bit expensive, several one bedroom apartments in Mollymook were cheaper. However our previous experiences at Dolphins persuaded us to go again.

Very happy with our stay at the Fifth Green Apartment. Property is well maintained, clean, comfy and has all the amenities we needed. Walking distance to the beach and golf club. Great value and hope to stay again!
