Location is great across the road from the surf beach. Property is very clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony and lounge area is gorgeous. Ocean view 1st floor unit 23 has a queen bed and a separate room with two single beds with the bathroom next to this room at the back. The kitchenette is ok, there is no cooktop but there is an electric frypan and microwave for cooking and plenty of utensils, plates, glasses etc. There is a golf club and a beach cafe across the road and a Thai restaurant a short walk from the property. Staff are helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this property.

We think the bathroom clear glass window could have some frosting applied or a curtain added to make it feel it more private.

Very clean, aircon, fan, great location Shower was great, bed was very comfy. Great rate for last minute accommodation on Australia Day weekend!

Needs a bit of work, more power points, blinds need repairing or changed. Couldn’t close one blind! The other was too short for the window , could do with an update!

The location. The property itself is very nice. The view was amazing.

Small little things. The microwave is on the top of the fridge. It’s hard to reach and hard to open because the door of the freezer is blocking it. The shower floor is very wet at all times. It does drain property after you have a shower. The shower floor at the end bit is lower than the shower floor near the shower head. The water stays there. The shower screen should be extended a little bit so the water does not wet the bathroom floor.

The Beach House at Mollymook is in the most spectacular position and our room had a lovely view of the beach from our bed. The units are older but very clean and most importantly the bed was comfy. Our check in experience was super easy but we didnt get to meet any of the staff as our check in and out were out of usual hours. I would recommend this accommodation for budget conscious travellers who want be in view and over the road from a great swimming beach.

In room facilities were limited.

Excellent beach front location with a great balcony view of the sea and beach. Really close to a number of eating options and close to Ulladulla by car. The room was clean and the kitchenette had sufficient self-catering facilities and equipment to cook simple things if required. On site parking was good.

The buildings were a little worn out but adequately maintained.

The location was absolutely sensational. Across the road from the beach, golf club and within 100 metres of cafes and a fabulous Thai restaurant. We were in the penthouse and spent 5 days watching the “cyclone bomb” from the comfort of our room.

Nothing. Although the property is generally in need of a “touch up” are room was lovely and clean.

Proximity to the beach and cafes was excellent. The golf club restaurant was just across the street and the beach cafe was also just across the road. It had on site parking. The kitchenette was small but well equipped and the fridge had a proper freezer compartment. Ulladulla was a short drive away. The bathroom was comfortable and good water pressure. The sound of the sea so close was wonderful.

Nothing to complain about.

The view from my room was spectacular. Beach. Warm welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble during my three day stay. I liked the phone handset base on counter if the office was temporarily unavailable. Prompt return to office when pressed. A simple thing that doesn't lose business. Would stay again.

Probably the bins being kept further away from rooms. On climbing the stairs I could smell the bins at times.

Amazing location and great view from the balcony. Room was very quiet except for the doors closing very loudly on my last morning, other two mornings where fine. Dinner at the Golf Club was fantastic- great food and view over the beach.

I moved the couch and it looked like it hadn't been moved in months - extremely dirty under the couch. Just a quick vacuum is all it needs.

Lovely location across from the beach and golf club. We stayed in the upstairs apartment with balcony and it was worth it for the view. Room was spacious and enjoyed soaking in the bath tub after a long day of exploring. Kitchen facilities are good as well.

Would have preferred a breakfast included in this price bracket.
