I loved everything about this place! The host contacted me well in advance with all the information I needed for smooth check in and check out process. This felt like home! So comfortable and well organised, decorated with a lot of taste and most importantly, supplied with everything you can possibly need. There is big and beautiful Jacaranda tree in the back garden, I was lucky enough to visit in spring, when it flowered, and I loved having my morning coffee on the table just under the tree and watch the birds feeding on the nectar. The host had prepared very comprehensive guide book which not only provides the essential information like WiFi password and what to find where in the property, but also an ample amount of super useful information for the locality, from places to eat (including menu for some of them) to advice on good shops, things to see and do with very useful local tips on which road to take on a busy day.

The location of the property is a 5 minute walk from the centre of Milton town. A very easy stroll to all the restaurants and cafes. The accommodation was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and modern. If you are coming for work and need a place for any length of time, there is a fully functional kitchen that's well equipped so you could cook for yourself if required. Lindy the owner was very kind and friendly via text message and allowed me to check in early as the room was ready before check in time. The wifi was super quick and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay again if I head back to Milton for work or leisure!

Traffic noise - I'm not used to hearing trucks where I live... So getting used to the traffic noise was a bit difficult. It did stop during the night - and closing the windows did make a difference. But this comment should have no bearing on the property itself.

The unit was very clean, air conditioned , comfortable lounges and beds. The bathroom was modern with plenty of towels. It was so nice to have milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied so we could have a cup of tea without having to go to the shops. The owner, Lindy , contacted us early to say the unit was ready which we really appreciated since it was a scorcher of a day. While the unit is compact there is plenty of space for 4 adults . Off street parking was good with room for an extra car

There is some road noise as it is right on the main road but we knew that when we booked and was not unexpected and didn't change a great stay in Milton and we would stay here again for good value and a really nicely presented and comfortable apartment

It was clean, plenty of linen/towels etc to make it a comfortable stay for multiple days. I could have easily stayed a week exploring the surrounding towns. Lindy was super easy to communicate with not that I needed to other than to!

I soooo wish it was dog friendly I’d love to bring my dog with me in the future!

Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants shops in the main village Great place to stay neat clean homely comfortable bed easy to communicate with host. Will definitely stay there again.

Although on the highway it was relatively sound proof with just the faint sound of traffic but didnt disturb my sleep and wouldn't stop me staying there again

We had a lovely stay here in Milton. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed after a day of hiking, while the heater and blankets made the lounge area nice and cosy. Good location and easy to access from the main road and within walking distance of everything in town. Super clean. Would definitely stay again.

Not at all a negative point, just a tip for future guests - switchboard is located behind the door in the far bedroom. The power tripped for the kitchen at some point and it took us a while to find but was an easy fix.

What a fantastic holiday unit. Super convenient location on the main street. I was able to walk out the door, turn left and all the shops were right there. Just perfect. Although on the main street it was easy to enter the driveway with room at the rear to turn around and with a dedicated car bay for each unit. Such a beautifully maintained property, lovely lawns/gardens and the Unit itself was so modern, clean, fresh and comfortable. I even had access to Netflix! I arrived early and was allowed to have immediate access so it was great to get settled and put my food in the full sized fridge before heading off to explore the area. All the facilities were so modern and with a shower to die for. I also appreciated being able to access the Unit from the rear (kitchen entrance) in order to unload my car and the brochure with helpful hints and local information was really informative.

Great location and facilities. Everything you need for a short stay and very comfortable beds. Walking distance to all of Milton’s fantastic restaurants, cafes and pubs, and a short drive into Ulladulla. Beach is a closer than you expect and only a 5 minute drive away.
