While my experience at Sinclairs Country Retreat was largely positive, the staff and comfort levels did not fully meet my expectations. I rated the staff as neutral, indicating that while there were no major issues, the service did not particularly stand out in terms of warmth or hospitality, which could have enhanced my stay. The comfort level was also rated neutrally, suggesting room for improvement in this area. This rating reflects my feeling that, although the retreat was generally pleasant, aspects of the physical comfort within the accommodation—potentially including room ergonomics or furnishings—did not fully reach the level of satisfaction I had hoped for during my visit.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable and satisfying. When you wake up in the morning, the air is so fresh that you can start a pleasant day.

There were no outdoor tables and chairs in the barbecue space, so there was inconvenience of moving around the restaurant table, and there were restaurants and bars, but it was a pity that if there was no food brought because it was not open, you had to drive for more than 20 minutes to find a restaurant.

The owners were most hospitable make us feel at home and pointed us towards incredible local spots which otherwise we would have missed. The room was spotless clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The continental breakfast included in our stay was generous and more than adequate with a nice varieties that kept us fueled and satisfied. We cannot recommend this gem highly enough.

Breakfast, a good choice to choose from. Was help yourself. As it was too far for my husband to walk, I took some back to our room. A nice dining area in the kitchen, large fridge. Large room and comfortable bed and chair, as well as a bed settee. The Motel is in a lovely peaceful, quiet setting. setting. Table and chairs to sit out.

I know it was not a Disabled room, bur a handrail in the shower and small shelf would have been a big help. Most Motels now have small bottles of milk. The thimble ones are never enough for a couple of drinks, after a long drive, though we do usually carry some with us. No shops are close.

The room was spacious and very clean. We loved the view and the fan and the infinity pool was magical. Our one night stay was super relaxing. We met amazing guests here.

It was an unusual property. There were luxury features like the pool but we struggled to get the bbq working. Arriving from Mollymook, we had to pass the property and do a U-turn at Bendalong Road.

Wish we had’ve been able to experience more of the facilities as this was an emergency last minute booking due to our camp set up getting destroyed by bad weather. The room was spacious, warm, clean and the bed was comfy! Lovely to wake to cows mooing nearby ❤️ Thanks so much for saving our saturated and cold butts

Really comfy bed, spotlessly clean, nice surroundings in the bush.

It was hard to check in with the auto key dispenser. We had not been given the right code and had to try 3 different telephone numbers to get help. The lady we eventually spoke to was super friendly and helpful. It was difficult to balance the hot/cold water in the shower as there was a lag time with the controls.

A complimentary breakfast was available to self-serve, which kicked off the start of our day perfectly. You are welcome to walk around the property, and the plunge pool is fabulous. It is off the main road, quiet and relaxing. The host Lindsay was friendly and obliging; offering good sightseeing tips.

The room was very clean and all the facilities were new.

The property is located quite far from Jervis bay, we had to drive around 30 minutes every day to get to the beaches.

If there was balcony next to room or at least a back window to enjoy views, would be perfect Right now there is common corridor next to window, so can’t keep window open
