We found the apartment to be very clean, tidy and well presented. It was larger than it looked in the photos which was a lovely surprise! Organising an after hours check in was a breeze, with Dave being friendly and accommodating over the phone. The bed was comfortable and the blankets nice and warm :) I feel that the apartments are great value for money and we will definitely be a return customer! It’s obvious that a lot of care goes into ensuring the apartments are clean and presentable.

Nothing :) It was better (and larger) than we had expected!

We had no expectations of the property, and we were very happy with the clean and simple decor, full kitchen, soft, warm beds. A very short walk to the beach made it even better.

A Tesla charger would have been a big bonus, there was one across the street, but it was for their residents only. It would be a big draw card for them because the chargers are very few and Far between. Otherwise, everything was pretty good. Except the hair dryer only blew cold air (Owner was informed) and there was not enough spare toilet paper in the bathroom. The front door lock needs replacing, it was very difficult to use the key.

The location is great, just back from the Main Street so not too noisy. Close to Golf Club for meals etc. and a view of the ocean from our second floor unit. A short walk to one of the best beaches you will find anywhere. The unit was clean with plenty of room and facilities. There was a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, all provided free.

Not a thing. I am pretty sure if you were to go during holiday season the area would be overrun with tourists, so I would choose the time of year carefully.

Excellent location - short walk to beach and Club and Restaurants. Short drive to all the facilities in Ulladula. Well maintained property, and apartment with all appropriate appliances. Appreciated the jug of cold milk on arrival. Dave at the front desk very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom is very small - hard to change that! Steep steps up to entrance might be a problem for some people, but we are 80 years old and managed OK.

The size of the apartment was fabulous for a few nights away, it was great for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the extra touch of having milk in the fridge was nice. Having two rooms, plus a lounge gave us the space we needed. Nice and close to the golf club that served a fabulous meal.

The furniture is a little outdated and could do with a little modernisation. Change the artwork and change the paint could could really uplift this space, however this didn’t stop us from having a great trip away.

Neat and clean. Exactly what we wanted for our short ‘get-away’. Close to the Golf Club (200 metres). Close to restaurants. Close to Mollymook’s beautiful beach (200 metres). Spacious, for a one bedroom apartment. Balcony access. All kitchen requirements were available, as needed. We didn’t cook. (Recommendation: “Thai Flavours” across the road) Undercover parking for our vehicle.

No complaints with the property or the facilities.

The apartment was well located an easy quick stroll to the beach. It was really nice that there were 2 ceiling fans one in each room- they worked well and meant no need to run the aircon.

My only suggestion would be that the Sea View advertised was more of a Sea Glimpse but it was very nice nonetheless.It was very pleasant sitting on the verandah enjoying the distant sea view.

The owner, Dave, was very helpful with our late check-in. The whole unit was clean within very easy walk to the beach, cafes and Golf club. All facilities were provided for ease of stay including covered car spot and balcony with an ocean view - pics include. The bed was very comfortable too.

Unfortunately internet/ WiFi is very very slow or does not work at all.

The location was perfect and very close to the beach, cafe and golf club. It's just a short drive into Ulludulla as well. The property was very clean and comfortable and the manager (Dave) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We would have liked our trip to be a bit longer. There wasn't anything else we didn't like, we will keep going back every time we go to Mollymook. The value for money is a very big plus for such a large and comfortable apartment.

Location (one street back from a patrolled beach, around the corner from a big playground); lovely light apartment; full kitchen. Dave was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. Access to a BBQ and outdoor table was great. There was a vacuum and hairdryer.

Some extra kitchen basics would have helped (i.e., oil, extra tea towels), and we needed to request extra toilet paper. The lights switch in one of the bedrooms was a bit temperamental.
