The breakfast at the Archer are amazing. The food is absolutely delicious. The breakfast area is so welcoming and wonderful to see other guests enjoying the very yummy food together. The atmosphere is awesome.

NOTHING COULD OF BEEN BETTER! The staff are just lovely. The rooms are so nice and clean. The atmosphere in the whole place is welcoming and so friendly. My boyfriend and I have stayed 3 times now and we will be going to stay there every time we are in Nowra. We thoroughly recommend The Archer to all our friends and family to stay there. What a wonderful team and wonderful place to work.

Our room was really spacious and had clearly been rejuvenated recently with a new bathroom and fresh paint throughout! Everything was fresh and clean and the bed super comfy. Not many hotels these days offer breakfast as part of the booking price but not only was cereal and toast on offer but an amazing array of hot breakfast items as well! And if that wasn't enough they offered 10% discount on food at the pub and even a free drink! We were super impressed and happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you.

At my reservation it didn't mention that breakfast was included. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned upon arrival that not only breakfast was included, you also get a free drink of the house! The swimming pool is large, there's a sauna (no idea what kind) and there are washing facilities that are all included. It couldn't be more perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The 2 kings were perfect for us as a family of 4. And the mattresses are super comfortable. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. And the fridge in the room is big enough to fill it up with our groceries. Price/quality wise I rate our stay 10/10.

Perfect short stay hotel. Very clean and nicely renovated hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower water pressure. Spacious bedrooms. Lovely sitting area around the bar. Pool kept clean even though we went in winter. Had a great breakfast buffet and was surprised that room service was offered which comes from the pub restaurant across the road.

Couldn’t drink our own alcohol in the communal lounge and dining area. Would have been nice to sit around with our friends while our kids played pool while we have a drink.

- Rooms were clean and so were the surroundings. - We were able to spend some quality time at the backyard where they have swimming pool, BBQ area, lawn tennis and basketball court etc. Even indoor pool table. - For breakfast, they were able to offer few varieties for food, so vegetarians can eat.

The only part that was little lacking was to be able to calculate the number of people for breakfast. On our second day, we (3 families) reached 1 hour earlier before the end time and lot of items (that vegetarian could eat) were ran out. However non-veg items were in ample amount.

Value for money ,hot buffet breakfast included each day was great .The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet as it was located at the rear of the building away from any road noise.Parking in designated spot outside room. The room was serviced each day.Swimming pool very refreshing and towels provided at office. Receptionist very friendly .Used our 2 free drink vouchers for Barista made coffee.Walked across carpark to Pub bistro for dinner.

Nothing that stands out. We enjoyed our stay

Pillow gave me a headache. Bed was good though. The ‘smart’ TV was difficult for a 70 year old to navigate - it took quite some time to even get a full-screen image. Far too complex for a one night stay. It should be simple to use. Coffee and jug was excellent. Walking around the complex from room 25 to the pub dining room was a long way after-hours, as by 5.45 pm the office doors and internal access was locked. I had to walk all the way around the complex to get dinner, then all the way back after dinner. What a phaff!

The office being closed at 5.45 pm when your advertising says “…if arriving after 7.00 pm you will need to go to the pub bar…”

The property was clean, large room, reasonably modern, bathroom looked like it had be renovated recently. The bed was comfortable and the aircon quiet and worked well. You can park right outside your room which makes it very easy to carry in luggage. A hot buffet breakfast is included in the rate, which was great! What more do you need for a short stay in a regional town. Highly recommend you give it a go 😃

The room was good, spacious and clean. We stayed in the back so it was very quiet. The breakfast was included and had a reasonable selection of foods. I found the pool to be very clean but basic, and getting in and out was challenging as the only 2 ladders were in the deep end and one was quite wobbly. The free vouchers for drinks at the pub were great, a nice touch.

The pool was not very user-friendly. The pub section needs updating as its very dated and worn.

The shower was excellent, bed very comfortable. The room was very clean and we had a great sleep very quiet. We were initially offered a room on what we thought would be the noisy side of the hotel as it was on the main road. They quite happily changed our room to a room that we thought would be quieter. Staff were very informative and cheerful. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. Parking was plentiful and the meal at the hotel next door was good value for money and conveniently located to the hotel. There is a Dan Murphy's in walking distance and the hotel is in a very good location. I thought the cost of the hotel was very reasonable for the facilities provided and would certainly stay there again.

I would have liked two comfy chairs, we could have got a second chair as offered in the information sheet we were provided but as we were only there for one night we didn't bother. There was only a wine glass and I am a scotch drinker and my husband is a beer drinker so a glass for him and myself would have been nice. The hotel kindly gave us a schooner glass and offered me a tumbler when we were having dinner there but I was ready for a cup of tea by this stage so didn't worry about it, apart from these very minor things no problems at all would certainly stay there again and happy to recommend the hotel to anyone.
