The location is fantastic! You can walk to the sea pool, the blow hole and Diggies for breakfast in a minute. It’s a 360 degree panorama. We felt immediately welcomed on check in. We appreciated the complimentary detergent and washer/dryer having been on tour. Thank you for the milk in the fridge too. We cooked dinner both nights and ate on the terrace, 2nd row but still sea views. There was an electric frying pan. The bed was comfortable, TV and rotating fan in the bedroom in addition to air conditioning in the lounge. The shower had great pressure and the water for the bath was plentiful and hot. We parked directly by the cabin. WiFi was strong. Evenings were quiet. Reception staff were friendly and informative. The visitor centre gave us free brochures with detailed maps for the coast drive; we found them useful. We got provisions from Woolworths on the hill. We bought great lobster and prawns from the fish market at the harbour. It’s so convenient to stay right in the middle of everything; the sea state was always changing and mesmerising. We visited the little blow hole too which was very impressive and covered us in spray.
Nothing Instructions for the dryer would have been helpful; it was trial and error with the settings.

Everything about the property and location was 10/10 enjoyed it very much and so did everyone else, would highly recommend.
Arrived at the hotel, it wasn’t so much of an issue but couldn’t enter until 4pm, the main issue was the fridge, the fridge didn’t cool any of the food and the food and meat went hot, so we had to put everything into the freezer, when we wanted to eat it, it was frozen. The bathroom door knob kept falling off since arrival, and the bed pillows were way to hard and high, everyone got neck cramps. Apart from that we really enjoyed it, and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay there, location is 10/10 right in the center of everything. Next time I think we would get the bigger hotel

Spacious & comfortable cabin with great sea views and excellent walks to blow hole, showgound, sea pool and into town. Well equipped unit with outdoor table, sink & bbq. It's a beautiful location, lots of grass space to relax or soak up the sun on your private deck. Close to fish co-op, shopping and eating out.
Not all windows were lockable, but I raised this with management on departure. It's a busy location with one way traffic visiting the light house and blow hole. Wi-fi with Optus disappointing but hubby's service with Telstra was far better.

Amazing location. Cabin has all facilities and was beautifully presented.
Some genius designed Cabin 5 to have no doors between the bedroom and the bathroom (though there WERE doors between the living room and bedroom, and the toilet was separate with its own door). This meant that anyone showering was on show to anyone in the bedroom; and if the bathroom was needed during the night the bedroom was flooded with light. We found ways round this and, well, if you're a couple sharing the bed, this is probably not that big a deal.

Furniture was very comfortable. Staff easy to talk to and answered enquiries quickly. Location was excellent! Close to town centre, rock pool, blowhole, etc.
Even with the air-conditioning on, the rooms were very hot. It wasn't as clean when we arrived. The kitchen could have offered more helpful utensils e.g. a proper cutting knife & a chopping board. There could be more instructions on how to use appliances, e.g., washing machine, bbq, TV etc. (it said there was, but we never found them)

My daughter and I had an absolutely fantastic time. The location of our cabin was perfect. Allowing us to wake up everyday to watch the sunrise over the ocean. The cabin had everything you needed and was very cosy. Having a bbq on the veranda was an added bonus as we could cook our food whilst enjoying the beautiful scenery. Being able to relax in the amazing spa bath of an evening was all kinds of wonderful. Especially after all the kilometres we walked taking in the beauty that is Kiama. Overall we had an amazing experience and will definitely visit again.
There was nothing to dislike. It was perfect!!

The gentleman that was at reception when we checked in was very nice & polite. Kiama Harbour Cabins supplied all the cooking utensils that we needed for our BBQ as well as all the other kitchen utensils. Our cabin was very big & spacious. Extremely clean. Spa was awesome! The music player was a nice added touch. We were in Cabin #17, and had a wonderful view. Can't fault it!
We mentioned before we arrived that we came there for my Mum's 61st Birthday (basically a redo of her 60th, due to fracturing her right hip, and needing a total hit replacement surgery right on her 60th Birthday last year). So we were hoping for a nice little gesture (as we'd had in the past from other accommodation) to get like Chocolates, Apple Cider or something as a gift. Just a suggestion. Wasn't a dislike. Didn't dislike anything really.

The location is excellent being adjacent to Kiama Harbour. Our cabin had a view over the harbour from the kitchen window. The park is a short walk to good cafes and restaurants in the Kiama CBD. It is also close to the blowhole as well as Diggies cafe and the excellent tourist information office.
It was not a major issue but the parking was not very close to the cabin. This meant we had to make several trips from the car to the cabin when we arrived and same when we left. .

It was a short walk to the blowhole and Kiama lighthouse, and to the pier with the Black . The marine wildlife really put on a show for us, we had sting rays, whales, marine birds, sea urchins and all sorts of crustaceans/shells to explore. The kids loved the Black Shell Beach on the Kiama Coastal walk. We also looked at the Bonaira Native Gardens and had a wonderful day exploring and playing in the parks nearby, and saw lots of native birds and lizards. The location was absolutely wonderful and it was good value and well set up. We have 4 children and we fit easily into the 2 bedroom cabin with their 4 bunk beds. It was lovely and airy, and only had to run the air conditioning one afternoon that was a little hot and humid, and the air con did a wonderful job.
It is what you make of it. Life happens. We had some issues with the bathroom, as a towel rail fell off the wall and the button on the toilet cistern popped out, but we put them back in. The first night we arrived there were no parking spaces near our unit (but we did arrive 2 hrs later than estimated due to unexpected traffic delays!), I ended up parking in the disabled parking to unpack my car and we moved the cars after. Overall, if that's all that went wrong, it was a good stay!
