We recently stayed at the Hamilton Henry Parkes Motor Inn and were thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home with their friendly and helpful service. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished, providing all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the modern amenities, including air-conditioning and a well-equipped kitchenette, added to the overall convenience. One of the standout features was the attention to detail in making the guest experience exceptional. Little touches like fresh linens, complimentary toiletries, and a spotless bathroom showcased the pride the management takes in maintaining a high standard of hospitality. The location was perfect — central to local attractions, dining options, and within easy walking distance of key landmarks. Despite its convenience, the setting was peaceful, allowing for a restful and quiet stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Hamilton Henry Parkes Motor Inn to anyone visiting the area. Whether for a short stopover or an extended visit, it offers outstanding comfort, excellent service, and great value. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

This place was better than we had hoped. It was spacious, clean, extremely comfortable and easily fitted our family of 6. The apartment had a cosy feel and being so close to shops and restaurants was extremely handy after a big day of driving

Our only complaint was that we were super excited to find a spa bath in our room on arrival (it wasn't advertised) and yet when we willed it up the jets didn't work. The bath was still a lovely luxury but we had unfortunately got our hopes up upon seeing it in the ensuite.

Great location. Adjacent to the park but 100m to the middle of town, very close to many eating places and secure. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and modernised, the attention to detail was good and maintenance meant everything worked well. The bed was particularly comfortable. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly.

Really nothing to fault. If I had to find something, parking is not allocated and if you arrive late you might have to park away from your room. This was not an issue as you can pull your car up to your room if you have much luggage.

Centrally located and easy to find, this hotel really looks after tired travellers well. Check in was very easy, helpful and friendly. Room was huge and had so many powerpoints and USB charging points. Bed was really comfy, there were lots of lamps so you didn’t need to use a harsh overhead light. This is also the first hotel I’ve stayed in for ages that had good temperature control - I didn’t have to adjust it once. My room had a little black folder with all the local information a visitor could need. There are plenty of food options within two minutes walk from the hotel (and a bakery next door!) and they also offer barista coffee during reception hours. They also have a really nice sounding proper hot breakfast you can get via room service. I didn’t do this because I thought I’d have time to sort myself out but I regretted it. When I checked in, my room had the air con on already and a jug of chilled water in the (full size) fridge, which was much appreciated.

No complaints at all. I was travelling alone for work but I think this place would suit any kind of traveller really.

It’s the little things! An upgrade on arrival (just because!), cold water in the fridge, fresh smelling (not that musty motel smell you usually get hit with), friendly staff giving us great advice on where to get a good meal! It was overall amazing. After a 13hr day in the car with two kids we were so excited to give them a proper bath and put them to bed in a seperate room! Thanks guys, we’ll be regulars whenever we travel Bris- Melb and we’ll be telling all our friends! :) Great service keep doing what your doing! The Mosterts

We did not have Breakfast when Breakfast is not included in our accommodation price we take our own.

I did not like having to chase the office staff for replacement of Coffee (there was none) Hand wash above the basin was empty and so was the Body Wash in the shower. I assume these should be checked on a daily basis when the room is cleaned for the guest.

Stayed for a night in a family room as we were going to see the Big Dish at Parkes. Room was spacious, well equipped, cosy and spotlessly clean. Close to the main road but had no noise whatsoever and a great night’s sleep. Blackout curtains were fantastic!

Would have been nice to have a bit more crockery - although kitchen area was spacious and had a microwave, toaster and kettle

Very very comfortable beds, super clean ,we got big breakfasts it was delicious ($25 each but only small proportions) but would eat again, absolute prime location, staff very kind and helpful,

Only thing like I said breakfast was delicious but proportion size for $25 for a Big breakfast was more like half size

Appears to be recently refurbished with quality bedding and excellent kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Excellent staff.

Entirely a personal observation but the topper pads on the new quality mattress made the bed too hot for me. New smart TV had access to the motel’s wifi but the signal was not carrying an internet connection.

The carpet was clean. Very clean. The lady Pia was fabulous. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was renovated and white and clean. Had free Netflix for movies. Breaky delivered to the room before 8.30am. Full sized fridge. All dishes bowls cutlery wine glasses and ice. Most amazingly a tea pot with real leaves!!! Never before! Real tea leaves! Well done!.
