Bed was comfy & plenty of pillows even though I brought my own pillow too. The instructions to use the TV was missing but not a big problem as I was not in the room that long to watch TV. The power points were down very low or behind the microwave so had to move the microwave to charge phone & boil jug.

Needed more accessible power points or maybe an extension cord. Also there was no cutlery only wooden stirring sticks - I understand recycling but do not like wooden utensils.

Such a great surprise to walk into a completely renovated room and bathroom. Was like an oasis in our road trip. Very stylish and comfortable. Clearly a big investment made to upgrade the property.

Nothing. Look beyond the traditional and older style facade of a typical Motel. The rooms here have been renovated to an exceptional standard. Kudos to the owners.

A warm friendly welcome from the owners. I had booked the Standard Queen room which I found to be spacious and very clean. The room was well appointed with wifi, microwave, toaster, etc. I found the bed very comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. No hesitation in staying again.

The fridge was on the smaller side but fine for an overnight stay. Nothing to complain about really. Great motel.

The staff were exceptional, we were traveling and checked in late, they turned our heater on and put milk in the fridge for us! The room was lovely and warm when we arrived! The beds were so comfortable, and the room was very clean and spacious. even the motel is very close to the main road into Parkes, it was very quiet.

I can't think of anything that could be better.

The room has recently been renovated and it looks amazing. Don’t judge the motel by the outside - it’s completely different inside.

At night time the blinds didn’t block out the outside light very well

Good value for money. Comfy beds. The staff were very helpful for my late check in. Even left the heater on for us as it was freezing outside. 😊

The bathroom is quite small with the sink being the kitchen. The outside lights stay on all night and light up the room despite the curtains but overall a nice stay.

Bed light wasn't working staff brought a new light globe straight away, also more milk. very friendly even thought we arrived just as they had closed for the day

Shannon was absolutely lovely and very accommodating! Amazing customer service. The beds were comfortable and beautifully presented. Everything was clean and tidy.

Location is the principal reason for choosing to stay at Parkview. We have stayed at least twelve times.

The car was covered in ice in the morning. Therefore covered parking would be wonderful.
