The restaurant and pool were fabulous. Staff was very friendly. It was a lovely place to spend my birthday. Very relaxing environment. The bed was very soft. The room was clean and comfortable.

We didn't have any hot water in our room in the evening, but we assumed other guests had expended the capacity of the hot water unit or that maintenance on the system may have been taking place as part of the renovations. It was not a big issue as Darwin is a hot place anyway, but a warm/hot spa would have been preferable. Everything else was fantastic and I had a wonderful birthday stay. I would definitely recommend others to stay.

The access to the different site pools. Staff were friendly and prompt and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Food was good from Cosies which was ordered pool side. The beer was cold, lots of seating and generally a good vibe.

The room needed a deep clean in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was lacking in the sense there didn't appear to be enough food for everyone. A lot of people eating at a peek time however no bacon and a few other bits and pieces and no intention to replace the food which had depleted despite the crowd.

This is the 2nd year we've spent Christmas here and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We upgraded to the pool villa for a very reasonable price, and we were so happy we did because it was amazing. The room was beautiful, and the bed was super cosy! The only very minor downside was mozzies when enjoying the pool, but the lovely staff delivered some mozzie spray to the room so we could enjoy! 10/10 hoping to make a Christmas tradition to stay here every year 🤞🏻 thanks guys and happy new year!

Staff upon meet and greet, were friendly. Very knowledgeable about the villa, and had smiles on their faces. Our private pool was divine. The room was lovely, clean and the bathroom was super spacious. The bed was super comfortable, the aircon worked well. We will definitely be coming back. Beautiful location and we didn't hear any of the construction going on at the other end of the resort. We stayed in the "Neighbour" villa, highly recommend it. Perfect.

Would have loved the fan to go abit faster, but literally the only thing I can fault.

Everything was just great, there was a well equipped gym and impressive pool, the room and bed were comfortable. All surrounded by beautiful gardens. The buffet breakfast had a good selection, with indoor and outdoor seating surrounded by tropical plants.

There was really just a minor thing I found odd: with the relatively high price for a room + breakfast included, I was charged extra for a decent coffee with breakfast (only coffee from an automated machine included in price).

Clean spacious rooms we had a spa suite on the ground level and I’d definitely book this room again being close to the pool ! Pool was nice but very cool ! Pool bar wasn’t open but could order drinks and food from inside the restaurant. Breakfast was ok ! A little pricey for $30 but if your an accor member you get 50 percent off which makes it affordable ! Buffet breakfast with the usual selection ! It’s a good base for staying in Darwin the airport shuttle is a bonus although your walking distance from airport to hotel it’s good to have the shuttle option ! We hired a car and everything is 10-15 mins drive !

Housekeeping staff a bit noisy fairly early in the day. I fully appreciate they have work to do but I don't need to hear bins banging before breakfast. Someone from housekeeping had music playing, that in itself wasn't a problem but it was the same song on repeat..that was annoying

When checking out. We were told by reception that we only paid 1 day for the 2 day stay. We thought that we’d paid this on arrival. No one warned us that we overstayed and was quite upset that no one informed us. The man at reception wasn’t obliging after my explanation and gave me a death stare which I thought was utterly rude. I will not be coming back to your hotel as there was no apology from this Asian man or any other staff. Customer service in Bali are far superior. So sad this has happened.

This is a great spot to have if you have a late flight arriving into Darwin. They have 24hr reception and the staff are very friendly. Our room with the Mecure was just basic, but filled our needs for the night until we checked into our other accommodation. The pool is fabulous

Right next to the airport with 24 hour reception which is such an important thing when you arrive at 1am. I walked the 300 m there and easily got checked in. There was no soy milk in the room but they gave me a whole cup full for free at the restaurant. The pool looked amazing and there’s an onsite coffee shop. It was clean and had a cute balcony.
