Room was nice and clean and the centrally located accommodation with car park allowed us to travel to and from various attractions with ease and security for hour hired vehicle. Unfortunately we did not allow ourselves long enough for our stay to take a dip or two in the pool or do laps for the good of our health. Should have booked to stay a little longer but a little constrained by time. Secure access to the carpark was good and the fees quite acceptable.

The trees in the front yard restricted our view of the harbour a little but we were only on level two so we can't really complain. Having the large balcony was also a pleasant chill space. Would have loved to spend much more time in Darwin and been able to chill more. Winter for the southern states is a wonderful time to spend time in Darwin and the Argus Apartments provide an excellent base from which to base oneself and family members or friends to enjoy what the Northern Territory capital has to offer.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartments were very SPACIOUS clean and comfortable with fantastic air-conditioning and fans throughout the apartment and bedrooms. Beds were big and comfy with decent pillows. Washing machine and dryer were a welcome bonus. Good sized TV with Foxtel and an extra TV in the main bedroom. Water pressure was great too. The location is excellent and only a short walk from most of the restaurants, pubs and the waterfront including Stokes Wharf. We were a family of adults traveling to Darwin for a holiday and had requested 2 apartments near each other for convenience, we were happy that they were located next door to each other. Very nice view from the main balcony that had seating for 6 and a table for dining outside. There is a pool with outdoor area bbq facilities and an outside TV for guests to enjoy. Paid onsite parking is also available.

Nice harbour/city view with all the apartment essentials for a few nights stay including clothes washing facilities. Our bed was comfy and we enjoyed eating out on the apartment deck for our breakfasts and some evening meals. It was an easy walk to the harbour area, parliament house, esplanade and CBD shops, including choice of supermarkets. Secure, convenient on-site carparking was also available at a reasonable price.

The fireworks on Territory Day were very noisy for about 5 hours until quite late, however, it was a memorable evening and no doubt all of Darwin shared in the same experience!

This property was within a 10 min. walking distance of the "CBD" and the amenities of a big town. It was about a 15/20 min. walk downhill to the Harbour. We were upgraded to one of the penthouses with lovely sea views down to the harbour so no complaints at all. The property was clean and modern with all the kitchen facilities required to cook if you wanted to. A washing machine is available as well. Clean towels are supplied every 2 days. Airconditioning is throughout as well as fans. There is a pool and gym. We didn't have a car so not sure about parking. Taxis and Ubers are readily available.

Apartment was very large and also large beds, king and 2 queens, air con perfect and 2 balconies was awesome. Elevator super quick too, pool undercover so not too stressed about kids playing in the pool during the day and getting burnt

Car park is horrific, you need to park basement 3 and the 1st, 3rd and 5th down ramps have concrete pillars in the middle of the lanes. When your in a hire car that you are not familiar with, which also has sensors and breaks for you when your not expecting it too, it is quite scary as you don't want to scratch the hire car. The parking out the front is $9.80 per day or the car park is $9, the car park is super hot and stuffy and smells like damp at least outside it is mostly in the shade as there is lots of trees and plants near the apartments. I ended up parking on the street over 50% of the time.

The apartment was large with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedrrom was very large, as was the ensuite. It was clean and well appointed. The living, dining and kitchen were also large. Furntiure and bedding was excellent. Large TV with Foxtel. The apartment had two balconies, with one off the lounge and main bedroom and one off the other two bedrooms. Main balcony had a 6 seater table and chairs. There was a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and items. Great location and pleasant street views.

Car parking was in the basement and quite tight even for a small sized sedan. Air-conditioners were a bit noisy.

Apartment was great, spacious, clean. Kitchen was spacious, bedrooms nice and big. Bathrooms clean and well stocked with shampoos, bath gels, hand and body lotions. Location is very convenient, Reception staff is very helpful, polite and willing to assist at all times.

Kitchen was not stoked well, we needed more pots and cutlery, tea towels, dish washing tablets - had to request those from the reception. Also, we had to request clean towels as well. The housekeepers visited us only once in 4 days, straightened our sheet and replaced the towels (no vacuuming). I used the pool only once, did not seem to be clean, as the pump was not on.

This is possibly the best apartment that we have ever stayed in. The location is spot on with a ten minute walk from both the CBD and waterfront, the apartment is huge and very very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to cook in and has a washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. They even supply washing powder and dish washer tablets everything has been thought of. The bedroom is large and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony is a good size and is an excellent outside living space. I cannot recommend this apartment enough and if you are going to Darwin this is a must.

I know that I am being very picky but the internet is a bit hit and miss when not in the main living area.

extremely spacious apartment with large covered balcony with harbor views. It was the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in. even the kitchen cupboards and wardrobe were spotless. all utensils were spotless including gleaming saucepans and frypan. The cleaning staff are a team of about 4 so they will do regular restock but also a mid stay clean for those staying a week or more. where they not only change linen but vacuum and wash floors, dust and clean bathrooms. The cleaners are to be commended. The kitchen was well equipped. It was walking distance to Harbour restaurants and shopping, restaurants and cafes in CBD. very secure and well maintained building. 24 hour reception. Well equipped gym and nice undercover pool. Even a guest lounge and shower for those arriving early or checking out late. Highly recommend this apartment.

An amazing apartment. So much space and fantastic sized bedrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom and they were fabulous. Great balcony off the lounge area and also upstairs is another huge balcony with fabulous views. Fabulous kitchen as well. All the staff were so helpful and just really lovely. Walking distance to the pier and lovely restaurants on the water. Also right amongst the main shopping area with fantastic bars, shops and more restaurants. Just a fantastic place to stay.
