The staff are very helpful and made me feel welcome. The location in the CBD is handy for shopping and cafes. Transportation is readily available for the entire Darwin area.

Accommodation is dated, although the kitchenette is very welcome (dish cleaning liquid, tea towels and sponges need to be provided). Updates in the bathroom (#210) should be completed i.e. finish painting and remove mould from floor drain and shower. Please provide hand & face towels in bathroom.

Friendly staffs help a lot. Good location, great to have a balcony to sit ouside, the room is clean and big enough, with kitchen is a big plus.

Theres some drunk people yelled outside at night, but the noise were acceptable. Shower door was a bit loose. Facilities looks a bit outdated but its acceptable with this price. Surcharge certain % of fee if use credit card.

Luma Luma, servers a purpose if you need a place in the city for whatever reason.. It's a no frills good choice.. Staff are helpful and know there job.. Also if you are needing privacy and a peaceful stay you will get it.. location to eatery's is convenient..supermarkets are nearby..Luma Luma has a lot to offer, so go and find out... Andrew..

Nothing to complain about..

For the price it would be hard to beat. It is an older building but kept very clean and tidy. The rooms are simple but have what you need to be happy, with cooking equipment and a microwave which most places do not have these days. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would stay again You are on the edge of Darwin CBD so everything is a walk able distance

The Queen bed in my room had one side I could sleep on. That is my only grumble. It is not the Hilton but for the cost good value.

Luma Luma Apartments is a centrally located affordable place with a lovely balcony. The man from reception helped me with my bags. I like that it is older style. There is a little kitchen and a good writing desk.

There is no wifi in the rooms. The milk in the fridge is those tiny little sachets. I bring my own coffee but not my own milk. When you arrive there is nowhere open in the evening close to go and buy real milk for my morning coffee.

The location is perfect and the staff and lovely. The room had everything you need and was neat and tidy. The bed was comfy and location, room and parking all felt secure. I needed a place for the weekend to attend events so just used the room as a place to sleep and get changed. Would stay again.

A super convenient location walk to everything. Balcony overlooking street. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy just drive in and park. Had a corolla so carpark was a breeze space wise. Security cameras in carpark. Aircon and ceiling fan so was very cool in summer. Don't expect perfect at this price, was kind of like staying in an average friends apartment but that was good enough for me.

No toilet brush. (No one likes to say it but it's essential)

Our communication with Christian before our arrival was fantastic, things changed a lot before we arrived . We loved the location as we had not been to Darwin before . Yes it is a little dated but we were in and out sightseeing every day, good shower , quite ( expect for the wonderful jets doing night flights ) and kitchen had a cold as frig, and everything you needed. The supermarket , post office , eateries were close by and amazing foodery down stairs , lovely staff and food. The display of activties to do and maps was great to. We booked a tour and were picked up right across the road at 05.50 in the morning .

We didn't use the washing machines, went to the laundry matt and they were in use and had a lot of FIFO clothes in them

I requested a hair dryer which at the time was not available, however reception found a hair dryer and without specifically knowing who, determined the room and brought it up to my room.

WiFi would have been helpful.

I liked the location as central to the Darwin CBD & affordable... the staff are very helpful & the bakery downstairs has great food. My bed was comfortable

My room was good but what let’s this property down is lack of maintenance or pride overall. Small things like the soap holder in my shower was half off...my ironing board was old chipboard & bendy with chipboard bits falling off...the toilet brush holder base was broken with pieces sitting beside it...etc Things that wouldn’t cost much to rectify??? so that made me question actual cleanliness??? The room itself was good.
