The Hotel was in an EXCELLENT position. surrounded by great eateries, bars, lagoon and pool. It was only a short walk into town, and many other attractions and restaurants. The only fault I had with the Hotel was the room was never serviced during my 4 night stay. Apparently that is par for the course, but I was not informed of this and would have appreciated new towels, as nothing dried in the room, due to the aircon being on continually. I think if you are paying close to $300 per night, new towels would be a fair ask.

Location was why we choose Vibes so that was most satisfactory. Room was good and the bed was very comfortable.

In house dining dishes etc left in the corridor all day. ( not ours, other rooms) Windows quite externally poor condition which detracted from the so called ocean view. Breakfast facility at Curves was pretty good as was the staff service but the set up of the cool cabinet for fruit,milk,yoghurt and cold cuts was a bottleneck and poorly designed.

This property is one of the best places we have stay free bus right side the front door to all restaurants on the wharf plus 5 minutes walk to the city centre also the staffing there always went out of there to make sure everything was first rate. Would highly recommended the hotel A x A x A Len & Jo p/s looking forward to stay with them again

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the air con worked well. The proximity to the wave pool and lagoon plus restaurants was a huge delight. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to friends.

The bar fridge wasn't replenished every day. There was no microwave. The wave pool didn't have the high waves as promised. The pool at the hotel was in a cold and dark area and not inviting. It didn't have any sun.

I love the location of Vibe as it is near the wave pool, the beach, the restaurants, the park for walking. I would have prefered that the room was cleaned and fresh towels bought in. I had to ring for them and I think they were pretty busy. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. staff were very nice.

Mainly would have liked room cleaned. I am not sure if they do this daily but for the price I believe room clean and fresh towels are not unreasonable.

The room was very large compared to others we have stayed in. The bed was firm but not too firm and a welcome change to others we have experienced. Being on the waterfront means everything is close to hand. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The wave pool is almost right outside the front door which makes it the ideal place for people with children or toddlers.

There is nothing we can fault with our stay at the Vibe.

Location was fantastic. Room was a good size and well cleaned. Use of secure parking facility next to hotel was well managed and easy.

Garden/outdoor arm chair in room extremely uncomfortable with thin cushions. Not suitable for inside or a comfortable sitting experience. Bed was quite firm which was uncomfortable for me.

location was amazing, right on waterfront, view form room is stunning, bed was large and comfy, rooms are dated and could do with upgrading espicawllly bathroom, still has a shower over bath, carpets need upgrading, staff were very helpful and friendly

Hotel is in a great location on the waterfront, close to restaurants and cafes. The onsite pool is lovely and private while giving you a view of the waterfront. The onsite restaurant was convenient for breakfast for early tour pick-ups and had good coffee. It was only a 10-minute walk across the skybridge to get into Smith Street or to the pier for cruises and more restaurants.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can walk into the CBD, catch a shuttle to the wharf or just enjoy the precinct facilities. The location is extremely family friendly (not that we had family with us) with the wave pool, water park & lagoon pool & numerous eating places.

The quality of the hotel room for the price.
