I was very happy with the location of the hotel. It is centrally located right next to the main commercial area of downtown Darwin, right across from the Hotel Darwin. Rooms were very comfortable with great views of the harbour. Although breakfast was busy, staff were always helpful and made sure that the guests had a good dining experience.

We had to fill up a form that specified what sort of eggs we wanted for the chef who was preparing the eggs. Some of the guests at breakfast were not happy with that but most of us were ok with filling out the form as it reduced confusion for the chef at such a busy time.

Room was comfortable and location excellent Breakfast was a bit chaotic and disorganized - breakfast items seemed to be scattered and finding some items was difficult. Vegetarians and vegans were not particularly catered well for, and in this day and age, we shouldn't have to ask for a special menu Overall, a very good experience

The disorganization of the restaurant at breakfast Staff in the dining room could have been more helpful - one young staff member just sat and looked at us all the time, and I felt somewhat uncomfortable

Lovely fit out; classy, will age well. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Best buffet breakfast in Darwin. High quality food at breakfast, good variety, delightful staff. Recommend highly. Valet parking is well serviced.

Omelette order wrong at breakfast, which is a minor detail but slightly frustrating. Light too bright from the corridor into the room at night, with a large gap under the door, which made it challenging to fall asleep as I prefer a very dark room. Mildly irritating that the only parking option is valet ant $39 a day ant the hotel, otherwise some car parks nearby, but not a part of the Hilton. Otherwise, excellent.

The property was excellent - centrally located, clean and the staffs were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and they had a wide array of options such as panna cotta, pancakes, a chef that can cook eggs your way, and fresh fruits (they even had rice and garlic chicken)! The location was great as it is a walking distance to deckchair cinema, waterfront, crocosaurus cove and Main Street where the restaurants are. The room was clean and the firm bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Breakfast was average. The quality of the food was good, as was the range of food, but the kitchen and wait staff were very poor. Food was consistently low in the food dispensers, bread run out, cups run out, lady cooking eggs out the back all the time. To be honest, the staff need a kick in the pants, and the supervisor needs to be more on the ball. The breakfasts could be 10/10 with a little bit of effort from the staff.

This is a fine, comfortable hotel. Our room was well appointed and comfortable, with a good view over the harbour. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner in the hotel restaurant. Location is very convenient in central Darwin, close to the Aboriginal Fine Art Gallery, Croc Cove, Bicentennial Park and Parliament House. All the staff were courteous and friendly.

Our only suggestion is that the hotel might consider providing toilet brushes, to help guests keep their toilets clean.

The hotel was very centrally located in the city centre of Darwin, close to many restaurants and shops and the Darwin Tourist Office. I enjoyed the breakfast selection, which had great service, even though it was rather crowded at times. My room had a great view of Darwin Harbour and was quiet.

We needed to fill out an order form for eggs at breakfast and some guests found that a bit confusing as it was quite busy at times.

Comfy beds, easy to adjust the aircon, fast lifts, beautiful lobby, friendly staff, awesome breakfast.

Carpet in room needed vacuum as we kept getting the fluff on our clothes. Towels were always short went replaced despite there being 4 ppl on the booking. We arrived around 2am due to late flight and got in the shower to discover the shower gel pump was empty.

Lovely bed, and pillows. Plenty of wardrobe space, lots of coat hangers. Very comfy couch and chair. Lovely big TV 📺 great view if you get the Ocean view room 😍

The shower 🚿 should have a door, water doesn't drain quick enough, leaks onto the floor, . The bathroom 🚻 is just all condensation, everything wet!! Towels could be a bit thicker, pile a bit thin.

Executive Lounge, Pool Area, Location, staff were friendly and helpful, Room, Huge variety for breakfast, So many places to see, eat and drink in the area including the hotel restaurant.

Some elements of the hot breakfast were cold but I mentioned this and it was improved next day. Our room fridge had a wrapper of some sort left inside - minor detail otherwise cleanliness was excellent. Pillows on the bed are not comfortable.
