We loved the location and the rooms were great for us all to have a very relaxed family holiday. Easy walking distance into town and downstairs with the restaurants was an added bonus.

When we arrived we found it a bit difficult to find reception and then get the keys. No Concierge book telling us about the place, area etc and didn't know we could get towels till we saw someone else get some, after we bought some.

The location was close to everything we needed and the view was amazing! The restaurants directly underneath were great and a short stroll to the wharf and the CBD offered even more places to eat. Two car parks were provided at no cost, which was also a real positive for us.

The couch was really uncomfortable but everything else was wonderful.

Location was perfect everything in walking distance which was perfect for kids

Couch could have been a little bigger for all to fit comfy not that we spent much time in doors. Car park was very tight, glad we had a small car

It was located in a good position ( I really like how it was slightly away from the shops but still really close)- it was comfortable , clean . The staff were very responsive. Liked how we had 2 car parks

Fabulous attention to detail, kitchen with everything you need, great location. So cute - even the toilet paper had origami boats folded when we arrived. One of the better places I have stayed. Congratulations to the owner/manager.

Large well well-appointed apartment in a great location

The apartment fittings are a bit tied and the wi-fi is poor with everyone streaming

The apartment was perfect- with three areas, balcony and bathroom. It was light, airy and cool. The location was perfect- close to restaurants, the lagoon, swimming pool, wave pool and Hop On Hop Off Bus, as well as the community bus to the wharf. Also, clues to glass elevator that takes you to the walkway over to the CBD that is in easy walking distance.

Location was exceptional. Great pubs and restaurants to choose from surrounding the waterfront. The Waterfront beach was very relaxing. CBD is close walking distance but still far away enough to avoid noise and congestion.

Lights in the bathroom were dim and flickering.
