The proximity to centre of town and several restaurants and pubs. Also very near the seafront.

The servicing of the room was never done during the week, however clean towels were supplied twice but no bed making/ cleaning / top up of coffee etc which we found very unusual.

location was central close to shops and restaurants and Darwin focal points. The staff at reception were very helpful with directions for some of the events . And thank the security officer stationed in the foyer on the day of departure for assisting hailing a taxi to the airport

Could not find any negative aspect of my stay

The location was perfect for us to access the Wharf area and main precinct of Mitchell and Smith St. The room was so spacious. We were able to have a later check out at 12 midday. The staff allowed us to store our bags for 6 hours upon checking out.

Maybe a second arm chair would have been good, would mean someone doesn't have to sit on the bed during the day.

These affordable apartments share the building with Mantra Hotel. Next door there are some backpacker accommodation, which can be a bit noisy until @ 10pm, and the view is over the back streets of Darwin CBD. Overall a very well appointed room in need of some minor updates. Good security and friendly staff.

Nothing, the backpacker noise didn’t bother us and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The location is perfect just a few steps to the Main Street with cafés, pubs , restaurants and shopping close by . Transportation options were excellent. The Esplanade just across the road with plenty of walking paths.

Unfortunately the pool was not open due to maintenance which was very disappointing as the weather was hot and there were no other options ☹️

Sean at reception was most helpful to us, at the beginning of our stay enabling us to relocate to a more suitable room, and also during the whole time of our stay.

Nice big room, very clean and modern

The tea/coffee supplies were poor - 1 teabag! The bins in the room were too small. Better quality instant coffee - International Roast was awful. They need a coffee shop on site as there were no Nespresso machines in rooms. No hair dryer which is very unusual in a hotel room.

I couldn’t fault it or the staff, everything was exceptional. The location was perfect, facilities were exactly what I needed.

Entry and reception were drab and almost no staff.

No restaurant at facilities but only a short walk to many restaurants.

Shower was over bath. Couldn’t watch tv in bed.
