The hotel was very comfortable and has beautifully appointed rooms, with lovely grounds. The location was wonderful, with most major attractions within easy walking distance. We enjoyed how relaxing and calm the whole hotel felt- definitely was a fantastic place to stay!
Smoking was permitted in some outdoor areas, including balconies. Our neighbours seemed to be constantly outside smoking weed and cigarettes, which meant we were unable to use our balcony for a few days, due to astha-related health issues. People smoking on their villas around the pool area also meant that the pool was often uncomfortable to be in. Seems a shame in this day and age that smoking is permitted at all in hotel grounds.

This is a little oasis located perfectly in Darwin. The room was modern, very clean and had a comfy bed. The pool was great including the pool bar. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. We had the buffet breakfast one of our morning which was nice, had everything you needed. It’s walking distance from so many things which was very handy. We wished we could have stayed longer!
Only thing I can think of was to add more labels at breakfast as to what different things are and potential allergens. Eg what flavour yogurt, type of cereal etc. Everything else was perfect thank you !

This resort reminded me of tropical destinations like Bali and felt like a little haven to come home to. The breakfast was great with plenty of options, free mentos in the lobby area, a filtered water cooler, clean pool.... and Pickles the bird was a friendly addition to the staff. We enjoyed the communal area which had lots of sitting areas and board games. It's also right across the road from a beautiful park where people gather to watch the sunset each night.
If you're a light sleeper, note that it can get quite loud at the resort during the night when other guests are leaving for the airport or coming back from being out. I was woken up multiple times on both nights from the noise of either people talking or doors being closed. While the pool is refreshing, it's not big enough for the number of guests and I imagine it would get quite crowded during peak times.

The rooms were well appointed, unfortunately there were a few times we needed new towels and were not supplied by house keeping. We were able to get these from the front office. Pickles the bird is cute! The front desk were lovely, really friendly and able to accommodate our needs. Washing and dryers were $6 each. Nice and close to the cbd. Not the palms fault but the street sweeper does come along about 5am and hangs around. There is a park over the road that the locals tend to party/sleep in. But the location is amazing
The pool felt slimy, it’s almost like they haven’t cleaned it for a while, the tiles were slippery within the pool

The buffet style breakfast is delicious and good value for money. I wouldve liked some eggs but there was plenty of other food to eat (Also I realise there is an egg shortage at the moment so maybe that was why). Coffee machine was great and easy to use. We stayed in a bungalow and I loved that it seemed new and clean. It had everything you could possibly need and I thought the greenery and foliage around the bungalow made it seem more private. I could hear the birds and it felt like staying in a rainforest. The bbq on the balcony is a nice touch even though we didnt use it. The bodywash products smelled beautiful. I like there was always someone at reception, especially when you're not familiar with the area, and seeing the little budgie everytime we came and went was cute. Having snacks and drinks at reception was handy. The staff were lovely and very accommodating and the location is perfect for walking around the main cbd area, to the waterfront and some of the better restaurants and bars.
It wouldve been great if there was more off street parking but there is plenty of ticket parking right out the front.

The location was amazing. Went for an early morning walk along the esplanade every morning and there are so many options nearby for food and coffee. Room was compact with everything I needed.
I had a car and was required to park in the guest car park which is a short distance from my garden bungalow. Thought it was odd I couldn’t park in the spaces outside of my bungalow. One night I returned from dinner to find the car park completely full. Didn’t end up being a big deal, but as a solo female traveller the idea of non secure parking at night outside of the facility made me a little nervous. I ended up getting it sorted with the receptionist, so all was good.

We loved the whole resort. The rooms were clean and tidy with small balcony to sit on in evenings, Lovely hot shower, perhaps bathroom a little on small side, but adequate unless you wanted to party in it!!! Bed really comfy, tea and coffee facilities, also microwave and fridge. Breakfast available for $20.00 per person per day if booked day before. Nice pool with bar from 2-0 to 6-0pm. Very central for everything in Darwin, foreshore, Waterfront, shops etc. All set in beautiful grounds with palm trees and plants with small bungalows in gardens which are another option for staying here.
Nothing, but would say if we booked again would make sure to get a first-floor room, our room 252 was in an excellent position, as ground floor rooms could be a bit dark with balcony overhang and the many beautiful palms, and there outside seating was beside the path. But overall, an excellent place to stay

Where do I begin. Everything was excellent. Beautiful clean rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly clean too! Buffet breakfast was magnificent. We ate there every morning as it was so easy and had everything you would need. Delicious! Fantastic location, a short 5 minute walk from the street, shopping etc., and also the wharf where we dined every night. Also the location across from the park and water was not only beautiful but very quiet. One last thing. I so enjoyed the company of the two little feathered friends that live on site. Pickles the parrot and Brick the chicken. They made my day 😊😊😊 We didn’t want to leave. I will be back again when I visit Darwin next time.
Only one thing we didn’t like. The pool. It was very deep all over which made it hard for anyone who just wanted to wade or have a quick dip. That is my only complaint about the whole resort.

This accommodation is in a perfect location to the city and the waterfront. The staff were excellent and all required amenities provided. Rooms were very modern and clean. Carparking available that was close and secure to rooms.
- Rooms were tiny. I hadn't noticed the 26sq size that appears to be the same for all accommodation types. We didn't plan to spend much time there but the bungalow was just way too small. - Unfortunately even though in a bungalow my partner and I had to wear earplugs 5 nights due to a person in the attached bungalow snoring so loudly. I didn't hear their voices so not sure the walls were thin, just an epic snorer so just bad luck I guess.

Excellent location, rooms were not very large but ok with a good bed and quiet aircon & ceiling fans. We stayed few nights in a garden bungalow and 2 nights in a standard hotel room. We actually preferred the hotel room as more space and also more quiet (especially if raining at night). Breakfast was ok, good variety if you went early, if you come late a lot of things gone and not topped up
no late check out offered, we were even willing to pay a half room rate but their policy is you have to pay full rate even though you wont be having the included breakfast and no cleaning required. As most flight out of Darwin are very late at night this is disappointing. We were allowed to stay and use pool though which was good
