Staff were exceptional, friendly and happy to help. Facilities were clean and met our needs with a laundry, pool and small selection of reasonably priced drinks/meals at the check in counter for last minute snacks. We had a west facing level 3 studio room and the sunset views were amazing. The apartments are centrally located and within walking distance to shops and some visitor attractions.

Laundry facilities are only available to guests 3pm to 9am which didn't always fit in with us.

We had a lovely quiet one bedroom apartment with a view of the pool. The aircon was excellent and easily adjustable. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything needed for cooking/self-catering. Location was great, close to supermarket and cbd attractions and transport. The car park was easily accessible. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation staying here again and will recommend to my friends.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but this is a deeply personal thing.

Only a bar fridge for the deluxe apartment which froze the food which had to be thrown out regardless of temp dial. Apartment could do with some upgrades like paint and a bigger TV, carpet worn and some shelving in bathroom as staying in accessible apartment

Central location to supermarket, bus stop, hire car company, local sights. Little noise within apartments from neighbours or in corridor. Felt safe staying in this area of Darwin. Apartment with balcony. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine in apartment. Good shower. Friendly reception staff. Clean swimming pool with some shade & seating outside. Excellent cleaning staff. A/c and ceiling fans. Free car parking on street evenings and weekends, plus secure paid parking at accommodation. Apartment block has only 3 floors, so not too big. Easy walking distance to coffee shops.

Lack of easy accessible power points for charging in bedroom, although has a central hub for charging in sitting area. Finding an accessible plug to use the kettle or toaster is a challenge. Plug is behind the microwave! For longer stays hanging clothes in the wardrobe can be an issue, there is only a small space in wardrobe, although plenty of shelving.

The Metro is located less than a 2min walk from the Supermarket. 5mins from Mitchell St and a 5-10min e-scooter to Stokes Hill Wharf and Restaurant.

I had booked a family 2 bedroom with a BBQ and by the pool. But once at reception it was booked with the same room but on the 3rd floor. I was really disappointed and felt deceived by the advertisement. I had stayed here a few years before and was after something by the pool. All the advertising is similar except you can have a BBQ and pool or Balcony. For what I paid for not getting what I wanted I should have settled for something smaller and paid less.

staff were fabulous. good gym, clean common areas and hotel rooms were clean. well stocked kitchenette and comfy bed.

hotel was a little older than it appears in pictures. pool was not an attractive place to lounge around due to old facilities and minor noticeable damage to seating area

We really enjoyed our time there! The rooms were very comfy, and even better than on the pictures. Definitely recommending, and the wifi was great as well👍🏻 Also a lot of tv channels to watch, and the staff was really nice as well!

Maybe just the check out time can be modified to 11, like in many other places around there, then it would be absolutely perfect👍🏻

Nice large room and bathroom. We stayed twice - once at the beginning of our trip to the NT and once at the end. After seeing accommodation in the rest of the NT, we were pleased to be coming back to Metro due to the accom and also the pool area. There was a lack of sunbeds when we arrived but we saw new chairs and sunbeds arriving as we left and they were in place when we returned. Pool big enough to swim laps. Would def stay again.

The pool was always very clean but does need slight renovations - people are also allowed to smoke around the pool area. The aircon in our room during the second stay was not powerful enough unfortunately. Don't like the $200 deposit, also heard someone else complaining about it.

Decor was a bit old, some stains on the carpet, apartment smelt, kettle was broken and ironing board was broken and collapsed whilst I was using it.

Received an apartment upgrade which was nice. Two bed, two bath. Was lovely to walk straight out of room onto the pool level. Rooms serviced most days too, which is good for an apartment. Staff were vey pleasant.
