The location is perfect, the gym membership & the 2 pools are also a great benefit, the staff are always lovely and helpful and will always try their best to accommodate you + the price is extremely affordable especially for the pool and gym membership that is included in your stay. There is one lady that also always helps with my bags and a manager that is always extremely helpful and ensures your stay is comfortable if you have any issues.

The bathrooms, floors & fridges of the rooms in the back section of the hotel are always dirty. Every time I’ve stayed I’ve had to deep clean my own bathroom and ask if they can mop the floors. The more expensive rooms also don’t have smart tvs which they should considering you pay more. Every room should have smart Tvs especially if they’re newly renovated rooms and you pay the same price for a room that does have a smart tv.

The pool, the location and the aircon

The rooms and bathrooms are always extremely dirty, I literally had to take things off the housekeepers trolley to clean my bathroom. The aircon also kept leaking water constantly onto my suitcase. The vents in all the bathrooms also need to be deep cleaned. In every single room. Couldn’t even turn the light on without the fan blowing dust EVERYWHERE. Also, if guests are asking for help with baggage, go help them!!! Don’t be salty when they’re upset they have to lug dhit from the back of the property when they’re a solo traveller, paid good money and also had to clean their own bathroom before staying in the room.

Decent, basic accommodation and OK if you're planning to use it as a base for doing stuff out and about and not spending too much time in your room.

The room servicing was weird and inconsistent. For that standard and price, I'd expect once a week or every few days at the most. Instead, I was woken on the first morning (second day) by housekeeping wanting to know if I needed new towels. Then it was all different times from 10am to 4pm. The sheets got changed on the eighth day and then weirdly the 11th day. The hallways are very noisy and I didn't enjoy the renovations and slamming doors.

No blanket in room was cold small cockroaches in room

It was near to the hospital and I didn't have to sleep on the streets to be near my surgery. It's very close to city centre entertainment strip and the food there while not as good as I have experienced in street food in Thailand, Vietnam, or the cafés of Paris is hearty and healthy.

Nothing really. I just want a clean room and access to good food options nearby.

Good location, reasonable price.

People across the hallway slamming their door everytime they left or entered their room all hours of the day and night unnecessarily.. Just been idiots if you ask me.

No chair to sit on. It says the address is on Mitchell St. The reception is 59 Smith st. There are 2 buildings. If I hadn't read a previous review which mentioned this, I'd still be looking for reception.

Able to walk out the fire door straight on to Mitchell Street

Reception was shut at 2 am so we had to ring, but the receptionist came quickly. Instructions weren't real clear on what to do. Pillows were a bit small and too soft.

This used to be the "value inn" . Now has had a total refurb, crappy old carpets gone,new wall air cond a big plus! Excellent paint job!

3 sets of electronic keys to activate security doors and rolling gates. Some of these gates could not be activated from inside property

Everything was just perfect, I did not expect it to be this clean and tidy.

Maybe the way to go the other block it's a little bit scary especially on weekends 😁 when the street is busy.
