The staff were fantastic and were very kind and accommodating for our entire stay, including booking an extra night at the last minute. The top floor viewing the car park is very quiet but only a 10 minute walk or so into the main area and only a 15 minute walk away from the Botanic Gardens. The breakfast was good and the sandwiches/coffees/muffins were good value for money. The room was fine for our stay but noticed some rooms are more modern than others. The pool area was good and always space to lounge. The whole hotel was kept clean and tidy.

Not a problem, just a minor inconvenience. In our room, the shower pressure was poor and the hot water was in and out, however, when we stayed in a different room for the final night, the shower was much more modern and had great water pressure.

You could have a family BQ as you don't want to eat out every night. The pool area was in the sun and had good shade also. I loved that you could walk most place as it was central to most places in Darwin, if you like to walk or just take a scooter. Walk into Smith Street Mall, Casino Market all in easy walking distance.

I think the place was very clean but the stairs never looked like they were vacuumed other then that the place was very well maintained. Simple breakfast but thought they could have done better with season fruit. Sometimes just little apples and other days rockmelon and kiawe fruit . Tin peaches would have been better so you could put with yoghurt.

The continental breakfast was a bonus as I didn’t realise it was part of our booking it made the start our day calm & easy. The staff were so friendly & accomodating & the location was perfect - easy walk to the city & bus stops & far enough away that it was quiet during the evening ❤️

Nothing - everything exceeded out expectations

Parking was fine, and location was quiet. Most importantly: staff were receptive to a couple of issues I had on the first night. Both matters were rectified the next morning which transformed my stay. Room was comfortable with key amenities provided.

Breakfast bar was pretty limited and would be better if filter coffee was part of it, but at least a la carte was on offer and was good if you were happy to pay. My feeling is that I got a little less than I expected for the nightly cost.

The receptionist during the afternoon shift was super helpful and proactive. The room was very clean, good value for money in overall👍🏽 The bed was very very comfy. The shower had good pressure. Breakfast is a good bonus, nothing fancy but you feel taken care of and it is better than leaving the room with an empty stomach ☺️ Good idea to have pool towels and a book corner in the reception 📚

The receptionist during the morning did not even greet us when checking out. Kitchennete in the room could improve and/or the BBQ area could close later so that guests can still cook something for early dinner... The door to enter the building with the rooms was almost always open, maybe it was circumstantial, but it seemed that anyone could get in at almost anytime...

What a great place to stay. We loved the location, close to town without the noise. The room was refurbished, clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool and outdoor deck were a great place to spend the late afternoon. The staff were friendly & welcoming. And they offered a free continental breakfast, which was fabulous. We had breakfast near the pool, it was great. What a fabulous place to stay, and great value for money. Highly recommended.

There was nothing to not like.

We arrived middle of the night and really appreciated the extras for us, air con was on so lovely and cool and fresh milk in the fridge! Breakfast was great, pool great and customer service fantastic! Will definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike!

The staff are all so lovely and down to earth. It feels like the owner really values them which stems down to a great culture and a happy team. A light buffet bfast, rooms are super clean, great to have cooking facilities too

It would hav been nice if there was a full length mirror in the room, and maybe a vending machine for snacks after hours!

Staff were all really friendly and the breakfast included with the room rate was excellent- we liked the choices on offer and that you could choose to have it by the pool or in your room. The kitchenette was really useful and air con worked really well. Easy to walk into town from the property and location easily walkable to Mindil Beach.

The pool could do with a bit more upkeep / cleaning which would make it even more inviting!

The room was clean and very functional. It included a continental breakfast each morning. It was great having some dishes, a toaster, a sink and a microwave, in addition to the usual kettle. The location was fairly close for getting to the bus stops and around town to restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.
