The receptionist during the afternoon shift was super helpful and proactive. The room was very clean, good value for money in overall👍🏽 The bed was very very comfy. The shower had good pressure. Breakfast is a good bonus, nothing fancy but you feel taken care of and it is better than leaving the room with an empty stomach ☺️ Good idea to have pool towels and a book corner in the reception 📚

The receptionist during the morning did not even greet us when checking out. Kitchennete in the room could improve and/or the BBQ area could close later so that guests can still cook something for early dinner... The door to enter the building with the rooms was almost always open, maybe it was circumstantial, but it seemed that anyone could get in at almost anytime...

Staff were all really friendly and the breakfast included with the room rate was excellent- we liked the choices on offer and that you could choose to have it by the pool or in your room. The kitchenette was really useful and air con worked really well. Easy to walk into town from the property and location easily walkable to Mindil Beach.

The pool could do with a bit more upkeep / cleaning which would make it even more inviting!

We appreciated having parking off the road, thank you. The light brekkie, delivered to our room as promised, was a great start to the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small kitchenette, ceiling fan, aircon and good bathroom facility. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

I received multiple emails and texts asking for a credit card pre-authorisation, in the weeks leading up to my booking. I am more than happy to provide this on arrival, as is typical, but the repeated requests to do it prior to our arrival got annoying.

Located close to Mindil beach (where the sunset market takes place on Thursday and Sunday during the dry season), the room was well equipped and big. The breakfast is a big plus. Pool is nice. The WiFi was not working at the beginning, but after I informed the staff they immediately repaired it

Maybe a renovation of the bathroom sink would be nice: The sink was not closing properly, so it was loosing some water.

Not too far from the city center (15min-ish). Some minutes from esplanade. Some bars and take away next door. The breakfast brought to the room feels fancy. Nice pool and bbq area. The nice staff makes all the difference!

The WiFi was not always working well or some days not working at all even after a change of router. It would be nice to be aware on arrival about BBQ accessories and laundry area available on arrival. Flooded floor after shower.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was good having breakfast included and the washing facilities were great as we had just spent a week on the road and needed to wash most of our clothes. The room was clean and housekeeping was provided daily.

A lift would have been helpful as we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs not a major issue for us but maybe for some elderly this would be an issue..

Breakfast was fantastic, the location was so close to the main shopping area and the staff were so friendly. Awesome time will definitely be back. Frontier Hotel around the corner does fantastic meals that you could either eat in or take back to your room. The pool area was beautiful set with BBQ and any thing you required to cook up your own your meals.

We chose this motel for the parking right outside our room and the attractive price. The room was very clean, spacious, with a well equipped kitchenette, private patio and the free breakfast delivered to our room an added treat. The use of a laundry was handy too. The location between Mindil beach and the Esplanade was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

Liked the location and the friendly staff. Room was clean and nice. Towels provided for the pool was a bonus. Nice to have a private balcony to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was a nice addition to our stay.

The pool area felt a little sparce and could be made nicer, although was clean and tidy. Bed a little hard to what I am used to.n

Apartment with small kitchen area, so could try to prepare some food yourself. Comfortable bed and clean room. More space then many hotel rooms. Could get a free breakfast or add on more if wanted for a price. Not a bad location, not too far from Mindil Beach.

Some of the local people made noise outside some nights.
