Sarah from the restaurant made me laugh and made me feel very comfortable. This being my first meal alone I was a bit nervous. the pallet cleanse was a nice touch. Coffee made at the bar was really nice and I enjoyed watching the sunrise by the pool. Unfortunate about mosquitos but that cant be helped :)

Actually had ants crawling in my bed, Room (603 ) from the headboard end, but again not much anyone can do about that. mosquitos at the pool area

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind from reception, to the restaurant, and housekeeping. Wonderful customer service! Great food and good value specials. Easy parking with safe access for solo business travelers Comfy beds, great shower and the wireless charging clock radio was super handy.

Wi-Fi intermittently cut out, so had to keep logging on via website and waiting to connect which can get frustrating, but otherwise good connection.

Booked a certain room with washing Machine and dryer at a set price then was given a room without, Check-in Staff (Man) wanted to ague and said I didn't book that room and wanted to charge me extra, I pointed out that Booking.com showed with washing machine and dryer in the room and he still wanted to ague, was very rude and very unaccommodating. Once I stood my ground I was given a better room with what I expected though the experience of checking in to the Rydges Palmerston - Darwin was horrible. When I went down to reception for the new room key the Man just said , "Talk with the Girl, I don't want to talk with you, We have given you a better room"!

2nd time staying here for business trips and will do so again in the future. Hotel is very clean and in a great, convenient location. Plenty of options for food (both in-house and near-by), easy parking and friendly staff. Can't ask for much more.

The hotel is in, what appears to be, a bit of a run-down part of town, with many homeless locals living in the bushes across the road. This is just nitpicking though, as it doesn't impact anything with the stay.

The lady who booked us in was beautiful. Great location, walking distance to everything, lovely spacious room.

The man on reception. He has turned us of ever going again. His mannerism left nothing to be desired, no help at all. We ask for a map one day of how to get to the cinema. He gave us one without anything marked and pointed to roughly where the motel was and roughly where the cinema was but no streets were on the map. Good old google maps to our rescue.

Wonderful beds and sheets. Pleasant outlook over little green space. Free parking was great and property seemed secure and quiet. Housekeeping staff do a good job.

It's Darwin - in the tropics in the wet. Fans are needed. Mould in shower. Carpet is pretty horrible- tiles more suited to environment.

2nd stay within 2 weeks Loved it so much we decided to return We’re disappointed with 2nd room with balcony overlooking roof Staff willingly changed us into another room with a better view. Loved that car park was monitored by security at all times

Pool chairs weren’t adjustable Minor detail but uncomfortable to lay and read a book

The weekend staff(females) were extremely helpful. Allowing us to stay until 12. Storing our luggage for us for a Couple of hours. We also had a fantastic taxi driver on the Sunday. And reception ordered that for us.

Apart from the driver we had on the Sunday.,who was excellent! All the other Taxi divers don’t seem to want to help very much. They stay in their cars. Even though my husband was in a wheelchair. .

The three bedroom apartment that we stayed at was really clean, modern and comfortable for six adults. The pool was decent in size and clean, a great place to hangout and cool down in the Darwin heat. The location is great! There’s a few takeaways and restaurants just outside the hotel and a couple of shopping centres a few minutes drive. It wasn’t too far from the Darwin city either as there really isn’t traffic there so 20-25 minutes tops to get there.

The continental buffet breakfast was a bit pricey for the selection that was available and we had to pay extra if we wanted hot food to be included. It was worth the try though as the food was good.

Bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure, very clean, cleaning staff were so helpful and lovely.

Lac of kitchen utensils, bins too small, no dishwasher. Poor cooktop had to use electric frying pan. Smart tvs in rooms would be good.
