Kacy's is a really nice place. We stayed in the queen room with ocean view and the room as really good. The bed was queen which is a bit short for a tall guy like myself but it was comfy enough. The bathroom was a nice size with a good shower. Location was excellent with a nice view of the beach from the room. There were plenty of restaurants around as well as a pub next door. A short drive to a shopping centre which included a Woolworths and Aldi. Overall it was a nice place and I'd stay there again.

All the pillows were thick so it would be good if slimmer pillows were available as well. There were a lot of ants in the room but reception gave me some flyspray which killed them. However, they had returned 2 days later when we were leaving.

Location is great. Hotel house staff very good.

Firstly - finding out we paid an extra $50 per night because we booked through Booking.com was a shock. Booking direct can be difficult as their website booking often indicated "no rooms available". Persist and it will eventually find rooms. Also phones can often go unanswered so persist. Secondly - Very expensive dose of "food poisoning" for both of us didn't help restaurant reputation. Hotel staff informed. Thirdly - would be good if the Hotel moved to what is normal for this sort of room now and offered a toaster and microwave.

The beach was across the road. There were lots of eating options within 50 metres of the unit. There is a modern hotel next door that has excellent meals and pokies. Nearby there are 3 fish and chip take-away shops, an ice-cream shop, dress shops and a bottle shop. The pool was clean, fenced and a nice temperature. The balcony overlooks the pool and has views of the ocean and beach.

The parking is not an allocated parking space (Room number) and there was no registering of rego number on check-in, so there are a lot of people parking there that are going to the hotel next door. Also, the parking is open air and no covered parking available.

The location is very central. Cafes and hotel within a very short walk. Close to the beach. Nice ocean view from the room., even though conditions were rather cyclonic when I stayed.

I had to cut my stay short due to a death in my immediate family. I explained to the reception staff why I was leaving a night early I was offered warm condolences. I thought it would have been a nice gesture from the hotel to offer a refund or partial refund for the room I had booked or the option to transfer the booking to another night in the future. I appreciate that they have their cancelation polices to follow.

The property itself was in a prime location, just off the beach front with the turtle park, pub and other small restaurants/cafes, also in proximity to various beaches I was lucky enough to get the best ocean view room (307) the bed was nice, room was very clean, staff were amazing and helpful

My only problem was the aircon, I don’t have an aircon at home so even the slightest change in temperature in the room would feel amazing amid the heat from outside though very unnoticeable :(

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the outdoor patio and garden, with convenient access to the pool. The shower worked well, with good pressure. It was great being such a short walking distance from the beach and other cafes and shops.

After a full day out, we returned to our room to find the door had been left open after the room was serviced. Fortunately, nothing was missing. . As a person with a flat foot and balance issues, I would have liked a non—slip mat in the shower.

The checkin staff were lovely and daily room clean was nice. They cleaned our baby food bowl for us which we appreciated. The chairs were handy for breastfeeding. The bathroom was nice and clean. The view was lovely. The air con was decent, considering the heat. The room was very baby friendly surprisingly!

The bed and pillows. A little too hard and the bed was a bit small for the 3 of us, I got a sore neck and back. The cot was broken so our baby had to sleep with us.

Amazing location right across from the beach. The staff very friendly. Beautiful restaurant downstairs which we went to on our first night. We had amazing thunderstorms which we could watch from our balcony. Only drawback is no lift but wasn't a big deal for us. Definitely ask for beach view, so nice hearing the waves crash in. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

excellent location for my business needs safe and secure - parking and room restaurant - food was exceptional and great value

- a little difficult locating my room - arrived after dark, couldn't see any outside signage to direct me. - it would be smoother to have the WiFi password information provided in the room - I didn't know I had to ask reception for it until I got to my room

The location/proximity to Turtle walk, Bagara beach and main eating areas was perfect. The view was perfect. Friendly staff. Good carpark. Loved having smart TV with Netflix app for the evenings.

The pool was a bit cloudy. Would be good if you didn’t have to pay to use the washing machine. The little fridge didn’t work very well. Needs a little clothes rack to hang stuff outside to dry.
