Cheapest place in Bundaberg for the long weekend, for my kids' sporting event. Was not disappointed. Nicer on the inside than the outside. Free bottles of water in the fridge were a nice touch. Free toiletries. Clean rooms. Free washing machine offered, although we didn't need to use it. Didn't use the pool. Reception was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Microwave, cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster, washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towel, and lots of little long life milks all provided (which often agent in places with limited kitchen facilities). No hair dryer, but may have been available in request i brought my own so it didn't matter. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan worked well. Beds comfortable. Great pillows! Thanks, Kalua.

Street outside can be a bit noisy until about 10pm-ish. If you have a smoker staying next door and they smoke outside their room, it wafts into yours. Freezer in the bar fridge didn't work great - but do they ever?! ... freezer door was missing

Warm welcome on arrival. I had forgotten to ask for parking at room door, we didn't want to leave our car out on the street, so reception very kindly gave us another room for the 3 nights, so we had parking. Room wasn't huge but quite adequate and clean. Bed was comfortable and ensuite clean as well. Quiet at night, even though not far from main highway. Excellent cafe Oodies only a block away, also a small shopping centre with an IGA. Very close to CBD and other attractions if one wanted to visit them. We would be happy to stay here again.

Nothing it suited us fine

This motel ticks all the boxes - clean, comfortable, well presented, all the amenities you need for a short or longer stay. Clearly the owners take pride in their establishment and there were nice little touches like a handful of lollies on the beds, nice soaps in the bathroom etc. Shower had good and reliable temperature and great pressure. No complaints, I was very impressed especially for the price which was very reasonable. Friendly staff as well. Will definitely stay again if work brings me back that way.

The staff were sensitive to our needs and were wonderful with their support. What a great motel. We travel to Bundaberg on a regular basis and will not hesitate to have a return stay each time we come. Thank you so much for your help and understanding it was greatly appreciated. Everything met our expectations.

Across the road from the botanical gardens (with 3 themed museums in the grounds); reasonable walk into town over the Burnett River; useful local shops for self-catering. The heater worked as well as the AC (the nights were cold!); helpful host.

Temperature in the shower varied dramatically when in use and taps needed adjusting throughout - a concern if travelling with children or someone vulnerable.

No stairs, enough tea/coffee/sugar for both nighttime and morning cuppas, BISCUITS! 😍 Staff were cheerful, car park was right outside our room.

Smokers right outside the room next door - smoke/odour blew into our room as we were loading the car for departure.

Location was where we needed to be. Close to the main route into town and the places we visited.

The room was nice but a vacuum over the carpet would make walking better. Progress on the motel is improving things.

Loved that 3 bottles of cold water were in fridge on arrival. Had a fan in room as well as Air con. Also touch lamp between beds. Crockery and cutlery there for use. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent value for money. Kitchenet was well stocked. good supply of toiletry items, coffee, bicuits, milk etc. Airconditioner, fan etc all worked efficiently and quietly. Good parking.

The property was close to everything, the bed were very comfortable and very clean
