It was a nice clean place a very quiet place to stay and close to the town every clean and fresh linen and left coffee and tea air-conditioned cabins and close to everything, a smart TV everything you needed for a short stay. The manager was very helpful and friendly and stayed open until we checked in due to running behind, is a non smoking 🚭 cabin witch is good, we enjoyed our stay even if it was a little small as being the first time being in Bundaberg was a great experience for us and we would like to thank the manger for having us even if we missed our fur babies

The Queen compact van had everything you needed, comfortable bed,, shower was good, tv, microwave,fridge and crockery and it was spacious and very clean. There is a kitchen just outside if you wanted to do any cooking. I arrived late and I was left very clear instructions. Carrina and Jason are very good host and very helpful. Argo the dog was wonderful, I shall miss him. Very sociable site. I enjoyed my stay.

The unit was brand new and very clean and has air conditioning. Towels and bedding supplied, with soap and shampoo. Staff very welcoming on arrival. Camp kitchen had what you needed to cook a BBQ and had a big screen TV so you can enjoy the footy with a beer.

No shade around the vans. Need to advise patrons to bring mozzie coils and midge spray, as it is along the river, and you can't stay outside after 6pm.

VERY CLEAN SHEETS! Cleanest Caravan I have ever stayed! :) we left our heat pack and it was still there when we came back 3 days after. Which means they have honest staff. The TV did not have a remote and after I called reception it only took 2-3 mins and a staff knocked on our door bringing a TV remote. I love how COOL the caravan was when we opened the door checking in. They had everything ready for us like nice smelling fresh towels, clean bed & sheets and including room temperature! :) We left our phone charger and Angela called, said she will have this posted to us. Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, these are your go to people :) Always welcoming us with great smiles. The caravan park is close to shops and great value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

the only thing we didnt like is that we had to come back home :(

We stayed in a cabin and the room was beautiful with everything we could need: tv, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, plates&cutlery, kitchen sink with dishwasher soap and hot water. Plus a little wardrobe and of course the bathroom with a nice shower and toiletries. The kitchen was always open and available; The reception has a little shop for necessities; The laundry room has more than enough machines and also clothes lines.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working during our stay so there’s that, but the lady at the reception told us that they couldn’t fix it during Christmas holidays; The position is very bad if you don’t have a vehicle; the closest IGA is at 15 minutes walking but the closest supermarket is at least half an hour so quite far to go and come back. There’s no public transport to reach the cbd with all the shops/cafes.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in process was so simple and straightforward. The facilities were clean and looked well kept. I liked being close to the front of the park as I got in late and liked that I didn’t have to go past lots of people and disturb them. However, the noise was almost non existent the entire night which was great (but very surprising).

The pillows were a little uncomfortable so would have been good to have a couple of extras in the cupboard as back ups.

The accommodation was two cabins joined and the chairs dragging on the floor was very noisey.

It was a very spacious apartment it has been nicely renovated apartment1 has dishwasher,washer dryer we hired unit 1&2 both were great for our stay

Very nice caravan with comfortable beds and all the equipment we needed. The staff was very kind, they allowed easy check in in the night, lugage storage during the day, and we could use the kitchen in the night eventhough we had checked out, since our bus departed in the evening. And very cute dogs.

Lady in reception was lovely! (so sorry forgot her name!). We stayed in a caravan cabin & it was perfect, surprisingly spacious for what it was with good storage space for our valuables. Both room & bathroom were VERY clean & bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the park facilities like the kitchen but went for a walk around & seems like a great place to stay with a caravan or even camp. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
