It was a nice clean place a very quiet place to stay and close to the town every clean and fresh linen and left coffee and tea air-conditioned cabins and close to everything, a smart TV everything you needed for a short stay. The manager was very helpful and friendly and stayed open until we checked in due to running behind, is a non smoking 🚭 cabin witch is good, we enjoyed our stay even if it was a little small as being the first time being in Bundaberg was a great experience for us and we would like to thank the manger for having us even if we missed our fur babies

VERY CLEAN SHEETS! Cleanest Caravan I have ever stayed! :) we left our heat pack and it was still there when we came back 3 days after. Which means they have honest staff. The TV did not have a remote and after I called reception it only took 2-3 mins and a staff knocked on our door bringing a TV remote. I love how COOL the caravan was when we opened the door checking in. They had everything ready for us like nice smelling fresh towels, clean bed & sheets and including room temperature! :) We left our phone charger and Angela called, said she will have this posted to us. Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, these are your go to people :) Always welcoming us with great smiles. The caravan park is close to shops and great value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We stayed in a cabin and the room was beautiful with everything we could need: tv, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, plates&cutlery, kitchen sink with dishwasher soap and hot water. Plus a little wardrobe and of course the bathroom with a nice shower and toiletries. The kitchen was always open and available; The reception has a little shop for necessities; The laundry room has more than enough machines and also clothes lines.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working during our stay so there’s that, but the lady at the reception told us that they couldn’t fix it during Christmas holidays; The position is very bad if you don’t have a vehicle; the closest IGA is at 15 minutes walking but the closest supermarket is at least half an hour so quite far to go and come back. There’s no public transport to reach the cbd with all the shops/cafes.

The unit was brand new and very clean and has air conditioning. Towels and bedding supplied, with soap and shampoo. Staff very welcoming on arrival. Camp kitchen had what you needed to cook a BBQ and had a big screen TV so you can enjoy the footy with a beer.

No shade around the vans. Need to advise patrons to bring mozzie coils and midge spray, as it is along the river, and you can't stay outside after 6pm.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in process was so simple and straightforward. The facilities were clean and looked well kept. I liked being close to the front of the park as I got in late and liked that I didn’t have to go past lots of people and disturb them. However, the noise was almost non existent the entire night which was great (but very surprising).

The pillows were a little uncomfortable so would have been good to have a couple of extras in the cupboard as back ups.

Lady in reception was lovely! (so sorry forgot her name!). We stayed in a caravan cabin & it was perfect, surprisingly spacious for what it was with good storage space for our valuables. Both room & bathroom were VERY clean & bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the park facilities like the kitchen but went for a walk around & seems like a great place to stay with a caravan or even camp. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Close to a main road which was slightly loud.

Karen (the manager) was amazing. They allowed me to bring my Shetland pony and stay in the caravan. The outdoor disco was loud yet heat fun, it was a shame it finished at 3am. Use of the butler service was a bonus.

It’s on an angle so all my stuff (marbles etc) kept falling off the table. Everything is painted orange, too much orange.

The cabin was great for our first ever trip to visit the Bundaberg area. We couldn’t fault the facilities and prompt assistance from reception. Check in and departure we’re both simple, straight forward and efficient.

No wifi reception at the cabin. No blind or curtain at the front door. As parking was in front of the cabin roadside, we were a little weary of the safety each night. Although nothing happened.

private aspect. Quite. having a sink. No trying to get water into a jug from the bathroom sink.

No awning on the door and window. When raining, the door was a bit hard to open and you would be wet and your belongings before getting inside. When raining, door and window cannot be opened as rein comes strait in. Bible in room.

The park is an easy walk across the river bridge from the city centre and it is quite lovely waking up listening to the bellbirds in the morning. Also the fact it is non-smoking park is a bonus as it is a place for the eco aware loving the pure clean air and river greenery

I was in a single room cabin of 3 rooms in the middle and whilst the cleanliness, convenience, comfort & peaceful environment was wonderful, any heavy treads and heavy suitcase banging rocked the cabin. I stayed 2 nights, the first night the guest was a heavy treader but the second night perfectly peaceful as the lady beside was quiet & respectful
