The lovely woman behind the counter. She was an absolute delight to deal with. The unit was exceptionally clean and very cozy and comfortable. The macrame wall hanging and the paintings, paired with the couch and coffee table made it very comfortable and home-like. I couldn’t have been more grateful we got an early check in, I’ve never ever been allowed early check in anywhere else. To conclude, this was a budget-friendly, cozy, home-feel hotel with lovely people running it, alongside perfect location on the Main Street. Couldn’t have been happier to spend my money there.

I was in Bundaberg for personal reasons. We chose this hotel not realising we had stayed there many years ago. The hotel has had a makeover with the rooms being very clean and well kept. Bed was excellent. Several eateries nearby as well as a service station if you feel the need for a snack. Alcoholic beverages were available form reception as a refreshingly reasonable price. Best recommendation I can give is that I would stay there again.

Parking was tight if you have a larger SUV or ute.

We had a very nice stay, the staff was friendly, the rooms clean, the beds so comfortable and the location central. The pool area was also very good, clean and everything you need for a bbq. The room was equipped with a very nice and big smart tv, wifi, a fridge, microwave, cutlery, glasses and plates.

There was not really something that we did not like. We just wanted a nice and clean place to sleep comfortably for a few nights.

I was very happy that I did not hear much traffic noise during the night. The morning traffic noise naturally crept in, but it is on the main street. It appears to have had some renovation which made it feel more inviting. I note the question of lighting and the lighting here was better than I've experienced in other establishments.

There was a guest laundry and clothes line, our room was serviced everyday, both I didn’t realise when booking, so that was a lovely bonus. Beds were comfortable. Staff were great.

Room was small for a family room. No need for a king bed. No lounge or even 4 dining chairs. Kids got very cold as air con was in their room which was the air con for whole suite.

The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a super comfortable bed. I appreciated the little touches like the mini-fridge, microwave, and complimentary coffee—perfect for travelers like me who just need the essentials done right. From the moment I arrived the owner was so friendly and helpful.

Location to the main parts of town without being right in the middle of town. It was easy to get in and out of the driveway with a larger vehicle. The Check in staff was very helpful and polite.

It was origin night so got a little rowdy in a couple of rooms that was easy to hear in my room. But other than that, I could not hear the outside noise at all.

Great central location, reasonably priced. Close to many dining options and short drive to Bundaberg tourist places

Dated bathroom and no screen on shower has water escaping into bathroom. Filling kettle in bathroom sink - short tap is not easy access

The very friendly staff at the reception, the clean and tidy room, and the utilities available in the room.

Just on Monday, our last day, they started a very noisy job of the roof on top of our room around 8 am.

Our room was lovely and had been recently renovated. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. The managers were exceptional and very helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the property.
