Whilst it wasn't a 5 star hotel, it was lovely and perfect for my sister and I. Very convenient, comfortable, clean, fully supplied with what you need, self contained, lovely staff, easily accessible. The manager, owner, was delighted 😀. Currently, it's a little pricy, all over Bundy, as soon as you book a second night atm, which was a disappointment, but we think that was because there was a show on. In saying that, the hotel we reserved was well priced compared to all others, and we could not have been happier. Thank you 😊

Rose at the front desk was amazing, very informative and helpful! Facilities were dated but had everything you needed The big tv with foxtel was a bonus with the kids It was handy having a restaurant and room service available too

The spa bath/ shower needed anti slip mat The $50 cleaning fee for not doing dishes was a threat - need to provide better basin and tea towels to adequately wash crockery- our plates and bowls were full of water obviously from previous guests washing them

Service and customer satisfaction was excellent. Loca tion was as i expected. Restaurant menu and food was excellent. Host had a brilliant attitude towards guests. Parking was excellent

Rooms were cosmetically dated. Venetian blind needed replacing as operation was broken. Fridge was very small, okay for 1 night but I was there 3 nights. The host are new to three property, but I am sure they will make a difference with there people skills and attitude.

The room exceeded my expectations and was roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. The TV was huge. Beds were extremely comfortable and the cutlery drawer was fully stacked. The curtains provided a good darkness. Carparking was easy and location was spot on. The staff were very accommodating for me as we arrived after hours; after hours check in was easy and without any dramas. Bonus for us was the free brekky! Loved it.

The exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work; would have been nice to use this.

The restaurant was closed for renovations but the staff supplied us with bread for toast and all the condiments. As well we were supplied with cereals, milk and fruit. The beds were super comfy and the room was quite large. Had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We will stay there again.

The shower over the bath is a problem as the bath is too high. Not good for older people and those with health issues. Bathroom could do with an upgrade which I believe is happening in the near future.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean the shower was good pressure, the bed nice and warm blankets, air-conditioning was great and the size of the TV was a nice bonus. Thank you I will stay again.

Nothing to not like. On the website it stated that you had a spa next to swimming pool but it was drained and out of order. I did come in the cold season so no need for use of spa. But only fault

The lady who checked us in was great and accommodating. Very friendly and professional. The room upgrade was clean, and complex premises were clean. It was a blessing having the pool so clean so I could spend the day there as my partner at the time was really sick for 2 days.

The cleaners using the laundry so there was no time to use them as I only had one night to do it and the dryers were constantly being used the night we were there.

The room was so well layed out. Lots of space, my friend and I travelled up for a Comic Convention, so we needed a bit of room haha. Nice sized bathroom, hot shower and comfortable beds. Close to everything. Huge TV with streaming options too

The manager said our room would be cleaned/topped up on the Saturday, but wasn't. We didn't get a Wi-Fi password either

I did love everything! I don’t why they gave the hotel rating & review so low when actually it’s very good! The owner let us to checked in early, She really kind and beautiful person. They even offered variety of cereals, bread, jam & spread! I’m so happy that I stayed at your hotel with those service you guys deserve more appreciation from guest thank you. Pet are allowed to stay and no extra charge at all. ❤️ Definitely gonna stay there on the next trip. Thank you 🙏🏻

Absolutely wonderful management. Large room. Refreshing pool. Restaurant food to die for wait staff and cheif super friendlyandhelpful. Well worth the visit. Outstanding. Must do place to eat and or stay. Very quiet

Location is of no fault of management. Was a walk to shop's not a complaint by any means. You will need to drive to town to persue the shops.
