There is plenty of sockets include bedside. Also hot sandwiches maker helps us a lot. When we call reception, they always response well and immediately support for us. In addition when we ask earlier my check in and late check out, they kindly accepted. New air conditioner works well. There are outside chairs and table. Those were also very good to chat and have snack outside. 15 mini walk to shopping centre. There is a Whole Foods market opposite side of road.

If you stay near roadside, traffic sound will noisy.

The room was much bigger than we expected and had a full size fridge, which was very handy, and was spotlessly clean. Our room also backed straight onto the pool area, but was positioned in a way that it was very quiet. Beautiful garden areas created a perfect wall against the noise of the traffic on the main road. We didn't even notice the traffic. Our room had a queen and single bed, and still had plenty of room to walk around. The air-conditioning was nice and cold, and we were surprised to find that the air-con had been turned on earlier, so when we opened the door it was already cool in the room. It was a hot day, so that was really lovely. The staff were friendly and always helpful.

Location is amazing close to everything. Room is well presented. Toilet is clean and tidy. The mini kitchenette is amazing too.

The room is a little bit smelly when you enter. Probably all windows and door are close when we arrive.

Only that we couldn't use the air con first night as batteries were flat and last people to use it had it on heating.

Stayed for 5 nights good location close to the Airport with undercover parking and pool big rooms with wifi and kitchen facilities

It was good. Staff were friendly and rooms clean.

The TV didn’t work if you didn’t have login’s for the apps. Didn’t want to use my own log in. No instructions on how to watch normal TV. There were some plates in the room but no cutlery.

Location, appears to have been recently revamped

To use the pool you needed to bother the reception, tv didn't work very well. And the shower head leaks really bad making the shower not very good

This is a great pitstop for an overnighter on the way to Mackay from Brisbane. I was able to do a late check out and the staff were able to accommodate me very well. The room was very clean and the facilities were well maintained.

I like how we could book in after hours n how to get the key! Also, when I dropped off, the key was a person with a small n a quick chat about my stay. Thanks for your hospitality.

It was very cheap and had an additional single bed in the room for our toddler.

It’s nothing fancy, old and a bit dated. But was clean and did the job for one night. Beds are never very comfortable at such price points.
