The unit was very well equipped, a good size with park views, lots of light and a good balcony. Great location for us, close to a good swimming beach. Secure parking and a lift makes things easy. Check in was easy.

We were told the lift wouldnt be working one day due to works and the garage door would remain open also. There were signs to this effect also. Not mentioned was the fact that all power in the building would be out 8 am - 2 pm. When I said we werent told of this, the response was terse. We learnt the general area had a planned power shut off, and it didnt inconvenience us particularly, but to not be fully informed and then told I should have realised was rude. Not being Qldrs the word Ergon didnt mean anything to us. We thought it was just to be work to the lifts and garage door.

Sharon and Col were incredibly helpful. They helped us navigate the area. It was the one place on our trip where we saw wild kangaroos out in the park. We had dinner at a local Bowls center and saw a bit of Australian life. Everyone friendly. Cute beach shack nearby for breakfast and lunch.

The location is a bit far from the main restaurants so we could not walk it easily. The taxis are far and few between and the shuttle can be quite expensive. I recommend a car hire or be prepared to pay. No real public transportation. We booked it so we could catch an early ferry to Lady Musgrave Experience, which was cancelled.

Handy luggage trolley's ready from the basement carpark to help get your things to your unit. Loved the sensor night light. Helped getting to the bathroom in the night without having to use the big room lights. Kitchen was spacious & had all appliances we needed. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Basement carpark meant car was locked away safely. Clean and fresh.

Pillows weren't comfy for me. Pool area is really small.

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in unit 202, it was beautifully styled, comfortable and had everything we needed for a family for 4 for a week. Loved the coffee pod machine and frother! The kangaroos outside were beautiful and such a lovely walk to the beach.

Nice big apartment with balcony in a modern complex. Good parking undercroft. Friendly staff.

Way further back from the beach and out of the action than we had expected. Weather was terrible lots of rain so that didn't really matter as we couldn't walk anywhere anyway, but worth not in when you book this is not a waterfront property o near the water nor has a view of the water.

Nice location away from the busy esplanade but walking distance to everywhere. Our 'park view' apartment was bigger than what I was expecting, contained a fully equipped large kitchen and there are no other buildings nearby to obstruct the lovely parkland view. On site Managers are friendly and helpful..we will be returning!

Secure parking. Very pleasant staff. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Extensive kitchen of normal size with regular oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Bed comfortable. Comfortable lounge area. Free hire if DVDs. Books. Good size tv. Some Foxtel channels.

The hand rail at the pool area. It is loose and wobbles. I fell getting into the spa when the rail suddenly moved. Very bad. I ended up in emergency and on crutches. Torn cartilage in knee presumed.

The location was great and the appartment was well equipped, the managers were friendly and helpful. Loved seeing the kangaroos every afternoon from our balcony

Our air conditioned apartment (504) was well laid out with stunning views across the park and towards to beach. Full kitchen facilities including oven. Only 600m walk to the surf lifesaving club, patrolled beach and cafe. Only 1km walk along the esplanade to the middle of town. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Onsite pool was great to cool off.

Loved the location at the quieter end of town. lovely clean tidy and comfortable apartment fabulous comfortable bed and pillows lovely pool area clean and tidy and we'll looked after small complex with easy lift from carpark
