Best customer service we have experienced in a very long time. The manager, Julie is very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent customer service 👏 Thankyou from Lee and Emmanuel 🙂

The room did not have a cupboard to hang or store clothes. Room was cold and no extra blankets made available, however the Manager went above and beyond and allowed us to borrow a small fan heater for our room. The owners of the property should be updating facilities such as wardrobe to hang clothes and to store extra blankets etc. Just a suggestion for the owner of the property, Breakfast menu would be nice. Overall was pleasant stay. Will definitely return again.

Very clean and the staff accommodating. We were stuck in Bowen due to flooding and the people at the motel were very helpful. Although accommodation in the town was very limited, this motel honoured the booking and did not price gouge. Lovely roomy room and good outlook onto a nice back yard setting. Although close to the highway, there was very little traffic noise in the room. Great place to stay.

A little way out of town, but not too bad. Could not get the microwave to work.

was clean and a good size, nice little patio and back door area. The staff were excellent, very friendly, considerate and professional. Great covered pool area which was clean and comfortable; a nice spot to relax. I would recommend the motel to anyone looking in the Bowen area. It's a welcoming and relaxing motel.

Great location to get back on the main highway and keep travelling. Two people who I assume were owners/workers came up and asked if I was able to get my key as I arrived for late check in which was very nice.

Everything was great but fridge was a little loud during the night and tap kept turning off without turning the tap.

I really liked the friendly owners. They were very welcoming and provided easy to follow directions for key collection. The pool area had a nice BBQ. Would have been nice if the sink was functional however overall very good.

BBQ area needed a functional sink to be really useful as a cooking facility as not able to cook within the rooms.

It was convenient and the fish place, down the road served nice fish. Second time we have stayed there.

Just needs to have a unit number on the patio wall so you know you have the correct unit and a sliding back door key so it can be locked from the outside as well as the inside.

The room was lovely and clean. Crockery and cutlery for 2, very clean. It's a bit tied and dated, but the owners are having a red hot go and place has plenty of potential for the future.

Nothing really, although the couch and chairs for the table need replacing. Room good size, bed was comfortable

From the moment we booked in everything felt right Our room Was very large was great to see a microwave and toaster with all dinnerware and cutlery as well Beds were comfy and we had 2 king beds in room . Will be staying again Thankyou

This is a "no frills" motel having been revamped but it lacks nothing for the traveller staying overnight, freezing the ice bricks, filling the thermos, and relaxing in a comfy bed and viewing a TV that works. Food outlets nearby and a friendly helpful Hostess. The place also affords plenty of parking space for trailers and even trucks.

This motel is just what we needed, no frills but all that was necessary to spend a relaxing overnight on a long drive from Atherton to Brisbane. We stayed there heading south and again on returning north. There is also adequate parking for trailers and trucks etc. food outlets nearby and friendly staff.
