The question is what didn't I like, my stay was very relaxed, comfortable and accommodating, the staff are great people

Plenty of on-site parking, quick drive to get downtown Adelaide, fluffy towels, comfy beds, Aircon worked well in our room. 10% discount of meals when dining in and good variety and specials - we enjoyed eating in the bar for dinner each evening. Staff were all very friendly and happy to recommend activities of interest. Our Family studio for 4 people was more generous in size than photos and reviews suggested. Earplugs offered however minimal road noise or noise from bar below heard overnight on weekend.

only one bedside lamp provided for 4 beds. shower water pressure weak but temperature adequate. One uninvited guest tried to gain entry to our room one night however unsuccessful. Would have liked the option of continental breakfast (eg self service in bistro) at extra charge for convenience. For awareness there are stairs to access accommodation rooms. No lift.

Value good—staff outstanding- run out of room coffee however went to the bar to buy one and got it free -I didn’t request it to be free so was thankful

Ordered 300 gram scotch fillet twice during stay . The second one was noticeably smaller would have been 250 grams at best , coffee sachets only allocated 2 as cleaners said they were short other wise everything was really good

Liked how the rooms were quiet even if the window was open, couldn't hear traffic that much, rooms were clean, bathroom was also clean, shower heads weren't the greatest appliance to use, glad the fridge kept our food and drinks really cold, and out ice pack frozen.

The shower heads could use a bit of maintenance, windows were relatively difficult to open, close and lock. wasn't much room on top of the fridge to make coffee's or tea but was manageable.

A quiet and friendly place with an old school country feel. . The staff are great, and Cheryl made me feel like a local. Meals are available in the hotel bar, and they have some good weekly specials. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Everything. We booked a family room(1 king, 2 king singles) which was spacious and very clean, had tea/coffee making facilities, tv, breakfast box/hamper (cereal, juice, muesli bar), bathroom amenities. Check in very easy. Property also had bistro (very yummy food for good prices), 2 bars, and pokies. You could eat either in the bistro, front bar or in your room. Staff were amazing, very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Public transport within 2 min walk. Great value for money and we can’t wait to come back again and stay there.

Staff where amazing food exceptional Room needed to be updated but the bed was so comfortable made up for the the threaded carpet and one towel for two people but I’m sure if we asked for another towel we would have got one

bar stays open late. meals can be ordered and delivered to your room well looked after with vouchers and discounts and lovely staff

if anything at all didn't like the shower head

Great sized room, very clean and comfortable. Although above the pub/bistro no noise travels so my stay was very peaceful. All of the staff were also fantastic, so friendly & welcoming. I would definitely stay again when I'm next in Adelaide!
