Reception staff were very helpful ,great parking , very quiet and close to many restaurants . The price was very reasonable

Great value spacious rooms with plenty of food/drink options in the immediate area. An easy walk or local bus to Adelaide Oval for sports events.

Location is perfect. Close to resteraunts and walking distance from the Zoo which is why we went to Adelaide

Fabulous location...always a pleasant walk into the city centre. Nice spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great to have the microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and plates in the room. Appreciated the 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Good sized bathroom. Always appreciate and value the free on site parking.

Bathroom had some mould on tiles and cracking. Have never had a room with a connecting door to another room during previous stays and found the noise from next door very noticable. Would be great to have a lockable screen on the sliding door to the balcony to let some breexze in. We left the door open one evening and then had trouble with mosquitoes.

Was in walking distance to the function I had to attend.

We stay here quite often when we make the 6 hour trip the staff are alwyas very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and tidy, loved having the big bath after a long day on the road

the booking was originally made by my husband and it went to the American answering service, and he was charged in US dollars. We cancelled the booking and I booked it in AU dollars and the same room was cheaper in regards to the US$.

Size of room was decent and the bed was comfy. Room was clean. Great location.

I didn’t love being hounded by reception for my credit card number because their accounts team would require it. I paid by Apple Pay and offered the last four digits of my card but that wasn’t good enough. He even asked me to call booking.com to get my card number. It was a bit odd and made my check in very time consuming when all I wanted to do was pay!
